FOR BICYCLES:

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may:

- Choose your own carrier
- Request a shipping quote from us (requires original box)
2. If requesting our shipping label:

    - Cost is based on package weight, dimensions, and distance
    - We will provide a quote for your approval
    - The cost will be deducted from the return total
-Shipping labels issued by ZiZZO Bikes Expire 7 days after being issued

FOR PARTS AND ACCESSORIES:

- ZiZZO Bikes does not provide shipping labels for parts nor accessories
- Customers must arrange their own return shipping method
