Beauty of a ride! Thank you.
sharlene r.
A smooth riding bike ...love that it came pre-assembled fits right in my car.
I love it
Etsuko H.
I love my urbano! Light-weighted, stylish and easy to ride. After a few decades, I rode a bike since I was in teens. Good feeling to try something new or retry something that I enjoyed before but forgot. Great customer support. Ask them first before you do something if any issues. Don’t apply MD40 to brake pads like me due to squeaky sounds! LOL
Earl D.
Great bike in every way.
Pamela F.
I really love this bike! Super comfy, shifts easy, brakes easy, folding is easy and it's LIGHT! I thank you so much for making a quality product at an affordable price. Several of my friends are now seriously considering your bike after trying mine.
Wally F.
I do love it, it is going to be the only one for me.
Jeffrey S.
Pros: Bike is easy to adjust and rides great. No adjustment was needed out of the box.
Cons: Instructions should be more specific on opening and closing levers as initially I had trouble locking the frame in place. Also took time to figure out how to fold petals. Upon folding bike don't see where magnets are. Finally two metal guards were loosely attached to the rear stays of the bike and I'm not sure if they are needed.
Tewodros A.
Everything looks good except for the head post. It wiggles. I lowered the post all the way down to see if it would stop wiggling, I also tightened it up as much as I could, but it still wiggles. I also bought the via model which is a bit cheaper than this one and that doesn’t wiggle at all. So, this appears to be a defect and not sure how it passed quality control. That is very disappointing since the store is not local and I had it shipped, which took 6 days to arrive. I would have exchanged it if the store was local.
If there is a way to stop the wiggling, it would have been a perfect bike.

I bought the Urbano for my daughter, so she could use it to ride with my granddaughters. But I have ridden the bike several times. It is easy to ride, although it takes some getting used to compared to my "full size" bikes. I'm 6 feet, and the 20 inch wheels result in a different ride. But the gears shift smoothly, the brakes are great, and the bike is easy to fold and unfold. And it is fairly light, so easy to carry and load into the car.
Efrain M.
Great bike!!!! Very comfortable and rides very smoothly!
Nancy G.
I was a bit on the fence about buying a bike online.
Especially a folding bike that was so different from traditional bikes I’ve had.
I must say, my Zizzo Urbano is above and beyond what I expected in quality.
The fit and finish is outstanding. It’s a smooth comfortable ride. Great brakes, solid shifting.
The bike arrived perfectly adjusted and all I needed to do was put air in the tires and ride.
It was evident by the packaging that this company pays attention to detail.
I’m delighted with my bike.
Thien N.
It not stable as a 26 inches bicycle but I need it for convenience. It is too troublesome with a normal bike and rack. I currently put it in my honda civic sedan and ride it daily.
Rachel B.
As a new rider (I hadn't ridden since 9 yrs old), I feel very comfortable on my new Zizzo Urbano. The best parts are how incredibly light weight the bike is and how compactly it folds up. Getting it in and out of my 2nd floor apt through a narrow staircase is a breeze! So glad I invested in this bike... I'm really enjoying learning to ride again and can't wait to go farther distances. Thank you Zizzo!
Kathlyn B.
This is a quality folding bike! Very well packed (quite amazing) and easy to get it together and going. Got immediate phone help with getting the chain on the sprocket (thank you). Although this bike has eight gears, with the small wheels, this is nothing like an eight gear large bike and I struggled making a hill. Also, I found that a motor kit could not be put on the bike, as it has only a 2 inch fork separation. Well, it is what it is, and it works great for me (not a strong rider) on mostly flat bike paths. I am happy to have a bike that is fun to ride, easy to put in a trunk, useful around the campground, and a handy extra bike for guests.
Helen N.
I've been riding my bike now for about 5 months. Let me preface with the fact that I haven't ridden a bike since I was small. I got it because of the pandemic, I figured it'd be safer and easier to commute around. I received the bike super quick, only a week after ordering. The package was very well padded and the bike was very easy to put together. It has a very sturdy build and my rides have been smooth, and I live in NYC. I got the Urbano because of the weight and the tires. I've had 0 issues with folding it up or opening it back up. I love the way it looks. Just everything's been perfect. Only personal gripe because I am a 100 lb female is that it's a bit heavy, but the compactness is perfect for storage in my small apartment. I'd highly recommend the company and their bikes.
Sonia J.
I absolutely love my bike. I keep my bike and helmet in the trunk of my car and whenever I see a trail I unfold my bike and ride!!!
William H.
At first blush it appears to be a good value for the money. Seems well made but on anything other than a pristine concrete or asphalt surface, even minor bumps, it rattles the rider. Zizzo claims “…the Urbano is ready to take on the road or trail…”. I challenge that statement. I almost returned it because my daily use can’t avoid a 50 yd. stretch of a smooth footpath & even that is brutal. Plus, I’d planned to take it on camping trips (boondocking) where I can’t count on paved surfaces. If it wasn’t for paying the return shipping charge, I might have returned it. But other than the rough ride I think it’s a great light weight, folding option so I'm going to gamble that I don't regret that decision later.
Christine A.
I love the bike the moment I test ride my friend's Zizzo bike. It's easier to ride than any other bike I tried which makes it great for beginners and makes you go longer distances and use it more often. The bike is lightweight and folds easily as expected; it takes a few times to get used to folding it well. The quality was great; I went through tough terrain easily with no damage.
There were only a few minor scratches out of the box when shipped and a minor detent on the hand bars after the folded bike fell over. Time to time the breaks would be noisy. Nothing that can't be fixed or covered up though. The one thing it doesn't have is spings to make those bumpy roads more comfortable to ride. However, with the foldable feature, lightweight and design surpass the need for springs.
Customer service is excellent. From messaging on Facebook to quick response time via email. Therefore, you can be reassured that you can get your inquires answered and resolved.
Dexter B.
I never had a bike like this one before. It so light and easy to carry anywhere. I love it!
Alexander D.
Excellent bike! 24lbs is amazing. Everything on the bike is high quality. Have had a blast riding fast with my Corgi in a dog backpack on my back on my Urbano. She loves to bike ride.
Helena C.
Great design and quality construction. The Urbano folds up neatly in our sprinter van and provides scenic exercise around the campsite.
Gang W.
I have this bike for a week. I have already put a total of 20 mile on two trips. Very comfortable to ride.
Margaret M.
I am so happy with my purchase! I needed a lightweight bike I could carry up 2 flights of stairs. The Urbano fits perfectly in the space I had in my small apartment. I am so impressed with the customer service too!
Milan J.
Love it, shipping, packing, everythings great!!!
I really enjoy my outdoor activity with my new bike.
Thank you, Good Job, Guys....
Krittaya S.
Low price and best quality. Good packaging. Bike riding in a dream.
Edward C.
Great bike, good build @ a fantastic price. My only complaint is that my front brakes started to squeal a lot after a few days but as the new brakes break-in, it looks like its getting better, Overall, great bike, no regrets. I would definitely buy another.
Janice A.
From this senior lady.......Love my little Urbano so much easier to handle than a larger bike especially navigating corners. Folding/unfolding is becoming automatic.
But surprised that just after logging 40 miles the tires needed air.
Jinsung L.
It's small and lightweight, but seems strong like an all-around player.
Folding is not that easy, because of pedals and brake wires.
Max L.
It's a great folding bike. I can practically store it anywhere in my apartment. It rides nice. I've even ridden it to work. I highly recommend a ZIZZO folding bike to anyone who's interested in a folding bike.
Jennifer C.
I was impressed with shipping as I received our bike within 2 days of ordering! Overall, the bike is FANTASTIC when it comes to setting it up and taking it around, however, I had to deduct a star because we noticed an issue on the first ride with the front brakes as it rubs on the front wheel and is loudly audible (For a brand new items, I do believe the bike should not have any issues but I do understand that they can happen). We contacted Zizzo mid-August and have not heard back yet. Right now, we are trying to fix it ourselves, but again, we find it interestingly annoying that we would need to alter/fix parts on a brand new bike. If the brakes can be fixed and/or was shipped to us without needing extra TLC, the bike would be in excellent condition. It would receive 5 stars, if it didn’t have an audible noise when riding. I am hoping this issue is fixable and we can fully enjoy our purchase.
Charles M.
We have limited space for bikes at our beach condo in Oceanside. Riding bikes in the beach area is very popular. The Zizzo folding bikes we purchased were a perfect solution. Two bikes fold very easily and fit nicely into our storage cabinet. The bikes are quick to assemble, very comfortable and easy riding. Of course we are not entering the Tour de France or riding great distances so these bikes are a perfect solution for riding up and down Coast Blvd or riding along the San Dieguito River bike trail 10 miles or just riding to take out restaurants for b'fast or dinner. I have rode the bike for up to 10 miles at a time and it is comfortable and easy to maneuver in crowds.
Wei-Shi Y.
Excellent bike!
Wei-Shi Y.
Great product. Thank you!
Eric H.
My 2nd Zizzo bike and best purchase in 2020! So easy to unfold and ride. It's been wonderful!
Lucille W.
I’m happy with my Urbano folding bike. Ride is very smooth and enjoyable. I’ve ridden as much as 20 miles in the streets of San Francisco. Going uphill is such a breeze as compared to my first 6 speed folding bike. I can ride this bike forever!
Medhi P.

I love the Urbano! Ultra light weight, outstanding quality. A perfect folding bike solution.
Monica L.
Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves this bike.
Folding and unfolding is easy. It is a great quality bike. Can’t wait to buy one for myself!
Matt B.
Enjoying my new Urbano! This is my first folding bike. It is very lightweight and is easy to ride. It was packed very securely for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. I’m looking forward to throwing this in the back of my car and visiting State parks in the future. Great purchase!
Ann F.
Love my new bike. So easy to set up and light enough for me to pack in my trunk. As a senior, I am enjoying the freedom of just popping in my trunk and heading out for a ride. Had small issue with derailleur but received quick and thorough support from Zizzo team. Great Customer Service, how to videos, etc.
Kimberley B.
Zizzo ! I'm truly impressed. During the pandemic I needed to pick up a hobby and I thought Bike riding would be a great Idea. I haven't gotten on one in almost 20 years so I had my reserves before buying. When I received it the mail, it was exactly what the reviews said it would be. Ready to ride !! I followed all the directions and took that baby out for a spin. What an incredible experience. Between the light weight, durability and attraction; this bike was all I needed. Don't call me a pro but I'm working my way there . If you don't decide to bike this bike, YOU WILL BE MISSING OUT. Have fun riders
Muhammad Naveed I.
Love this bike! High quality build. Waiting for more to come in stock so I can order another!
Thu N.
I have only had the bike for a short time, so no information about durability. The packing was good, although the handlebar rubbed against the bolt of the front wheel and had a visible scratch about 1 inch long. The bike rides very well given the compromises necessary for a folding bike. At the highest gear (8), it's noticeably rough. Rides well at all other gears. Folds quite easily. I enjoy being able to pack the bike with me without the need for an external bike rack. Enjoying the bike very much.
Luciana C.
Best investment I ever made! I love this bike, easy to fold and unfold, light ride, light weight, very good quality, I absolutely love it!
Patrick M.
We now bike each weekend and sometimes to appointments say o fold and carry into waiting room or office great product.
Brian F.
Great bike. I’ve had it for over 2 years - well over 200 miles logged - still works like new. Worth every penny.
Judith G.
The service and the product both, exceptional.
Great experience doing business with you.
Thank you
Eric G.
We bought two Urbanos a couple of months ago. We can easily fit them in the back seat of our four-seat single engine plane, and then ride where we land. Have taken some great rides in Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Big Bear Lake, Bryce Canyon National Park and other spectacular places. Couldn't be happier with the bikes!
Elenita E.
I'm relearning how to ride a bicycle. The form factor is perfect for me since I live on a 3rd floor apartment, and I can easily fold the bike and carry it with one hand up 3 flights of steps. I was up and riding the first day, and I'm not ready for city biking, I'm very happy so far with the ride, comfort, balance, smoothness on uneven surfaces.
Dean M.
Well designed product- very responsive customer support.
Sai Yu Y.
This is our 2nd bicycle bought from Zizzo. Good quality. Highly recommend to my friend who are interested in getting a folding bike.
Brandon W.
Worth every penny. Once COVID hit, I knew a folding bike would be a fun way to get around NYC and get some much needed exercise. My Urbano performs great, and I appreciate having 8 gears to choose from. After having the bike for almost two weeks, I use it almost every day for transportation and without a gym, my Zizzo is keeping me in shape. It hardly takes up space in my small apartment, and it's much better than renting those big heavy city cruisers. It also fits perfectly in the trunk of my car, so it can come with me anywhere. Well done Zizzo! This bike is making this difficult time much brighter.
Amy S.
I bought this bike so I could haul it up to my 3rd story apartment and put it in the back of my car. (I have a Prius so a bike rack makes it get worse gas mileage which is no bueno. :P) I ride it along the paved 8 mile long path we have in our town. It's been lovely to ride around and explore nature since I've been bikeless for 5 years! It's not as sturdy as a normal bike but it works for what I wanted it for. ^_^
Amy S.
I bought the Urbano for my husband and I because we live in a 3rd floor apartment and didn't want to deal with bike racks on our cars. We have a paved path in our town that's 8 miles long so it's really great for exploring that! Not as sturdy as a regular bike but I wanted it for its compact size and ability to haul it up 3 flights of stairs so we are more than satisfied. ^_^ It's really fun!
Scott P.
We ordered 2 Zizzo Urbanos. One for me. One for my wife. These great Zizzo bikes have really changed our lives. Stick em in the car. Drive to gorgeous places. Enjoy the ride. The quality is amazing. They fold and unfold beautifully. Loving them for off road and road rides. Couldn't be happier.
Trevor W.
This bike is awesome! It is super portable and very durable. So far all of my family that has tried it thinks it is pretty awesome too. It is a comfortable ride. I definitely recommend the Urbano. The time to ship was fast and the shipping itself was quick too.
Candace S.
Love the bike ! Ships and delivers very fast !
Pauline S.
I purchased the Urbano! This bike is awesome! Exceptional! Way better than expected! I have always been a bike person and I must admit that this is the Best Bike I have ever owned and the Best Bike I have ever ridden! I have been riding around my neighborhood and so many of my neighbors have asked about the bike. One of my neighbors thought the bike was electric because it rides so fast and smooth. Four of my neighbors have already ordered bikes since they saw my bike! My family members in other states are waiting for you to get more in stock. I love that you can just fold it up and put it in the car! I just don’t like my bike to dangle from a bike rack on the car. I can’t stop talking about how awesome this bike is! Excellent design, Excellent size, Excellent performance! Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! It should be called The Best Bike Ever!!! Many Thanks for making such an Awesome Bike!!!
Elizabeth P.
I love my new bike so much I bought another one :D
Bill A.
Purchased the Zizzo Urbano and am very pleased thus far! The bike was packaged quite well and came fully assembled. The bike chain was off the gears but that was relatively easy to fix. The bike rides great and I can tell it is quality made. Highly recommend.
Julia S.
I am very happy with my ZiZZO. Easy for me to put in my car and easy to fold and unfold. I highly recommend the ZiZZO bicycle.
Armando A.
I love the sleek look of it also rides with ease and comfortable so easy to fold and hide in .my apt I highly recommend the zizzo
Elvira C.
I love this bike! I've been riding 10 to 30 miles a day through Central Park and New York City.
I get lots of compliments on the bike's appearance.
Elvira C.
After topping the tires off with air, my new bike was ready to go!!! My RED Zizzo Urbano evokes a new sports car feel! Most importantly, I live on a 3rd floor walk-up- the Urbano's slick light weight design allows me to easily carry my bike up and down the stairs.
Shiraz S.
Bike as described. Sturdy and well built. Would highly recommend.
Alex D.
Thanks for the awesome bike, I love it!
Armie R.
Loved my new bike and can’t wait to use it everyday!!

Armie R.
Thank you so much zizzo!!
Loved my new bike!!looking forward to use it everyday especially when the weather is so nice!!!more power zizzo!!
Jeane D.
I love it, is easy to unfold and is adjustable to my height. Both my husband and tried it and seems sturdy and well made.
Dale S.
I had a few full-size city/commuter bikes stolen from my garage, so thought I'd try a folding bike I could keep in my apartment. Living in the Bay Area in CA, Zizzo is local, and their bikes had generally positive reviews, so thought I'd try them out. They also have a 30-day return policy, so I could opt out if I didn't like the product.
I purchased an Urbano for city commuting - I travel @ 3-5 miles each bike trip. I ordered the bike online, and it was delivered to me the very next day :-) I'm very pleased with the bike - light, yet surprisingly sturdy, and the brakes and gear shifting operate smoothly. Setup/breakdown of the bike is easy, and the light (24 lb.) weight also makes it easy carrying the folded bike up/down the apartment stairs. Its folded/compact form takes up little space, and is easily tucked away in a corner, out of the way.
This is the first folding bike I've purchased, and I'm very satisfied with it. I did have one issue: the front brakes initially squealed loudly. Browsing through the Zizzo forum, I saw a suggestion to burnish the brake pads with fine emery/sandpaper. I did this, and the squeaks went away !
Great bike, and I'd recommend to others...
Margie C.
I love the Urbano. It is very comfortable and handles well. My husband and I love the fact that we can just put it in our car and go to a spot and ride. We live in the city and a fold up bike is so easy and convenient. The Urbano handles well on city streets and is lightweight to carry. We’re very happy with our purchase.
Patrizia W.
Love my bike . Great purchase.
Eric G.
Love our new Urbanos. Arrived quick. Trivial to set up, even for a non-bike person like me. Bought them to put in the back of our small plane so we can explore places we land. So far have ridden a path along the beach in Santa Barbara, and around the shore at Big Bear Lake, 7000' high in the mountains east of LA. They work like a charm. Thanks.
Peter M.
Bike arrived as expected complete and undamaged. I unfolded it, checked it out as in the videos without any issues. Some brief rides show that it looks good, feels better to ride than expected and has the quality that I expected. Gear changing is precise and the brakes are good. There are no rattles or looseness around the adjustable parts.
Lazara P.
Love, love, love my new bike! I've been riding -during the Pandemic- every other day for 15-20 miles. It rides wonderfully and is very comfortable.
DARLYNE R.
I L-O-V-E THIS BIKE! I purchased the Forte in Coral! I finally pulled the trigger after an exhausting search! I went back and forth between another folding bike but this one had me at CORAL (my fave color)! While the bike is not a true coral its still beautiful enough to get a second look...not at me the bike! Construction is SOLID! At 29 lbs it's light for me as a 124 lb female. I love that the rack is included on the bike. Today I rode 4 miles to start: gravel, grass and pavement. The bike rode smoothly across all surfaces. I love that the bike can hold 330 lbs! My boys love the bike! We all have small cars and it fit perfectly in each trunk (2 are hatchbacks) and there was still enough room to put other items! We will be purchasing 2 more for my boys because they spent alot of time riding mine and they love the ride! The saddle seat is very comfy, nice thick padding and riding over bumps was no problem. If you're looking to purchase one... JUST DO IT! You will love this baby!
miguel r.
I love love this bike. Its an awesome bike....super comfortable...rode the bike for 2 hours straight and didnt want to stop riding. This is my first foldable bike and its a dream. Its a must get!!
Irena S.
This is our 2nd Zizzo bike. Absolutely love the design, quality, and comfort of the bike. Good investment!! Thank you
Darius W.
Overall really nice bike. Being foldable allows me to save on getting a bike rack. Not as fast as other bigger road bikes, but good for its size. I bought this bike in December 2017 for $300-$330; they were running a promotion where the fenders came with it for free. I'm not sure if the cargo rack came with it or not. The picture was taken today, 4/12/2020, after a ride in light rain. It fits in the back of my Mini Cooper Countryman without letting the back seats forward.
It has been fairly low maintenance, costing me $50 or less to setup, tune, and replace an inner tube, over two years. My local bike shop, which specializes in Trek bikes, seemed to be impressed with the parts and said it was good. The fenders and cargo rack were a pain to put on. I helped the guy at my bike shop and he gave me a deal on setting it up.
The only real negative about it is the seat. I upgraded to the more comfortable and expensive seat, and still found it uncomfortable, though better than the stock seat. I have solve this problem by wearing cushioned bike shorts with the cushioned seat; this almost makes me forget that the seat is there. You won't be able to keep up with bigger road bikes. Still, it's a nice overall bike to enjoy on the road or paved trail, and even gravel (if you have a lot of cushion (seat plus bike shorts)). Even while going over short patches of sand have been no issue.
It was well worth the $300 I paid for it.

500+ miles so far! I am totally impressed with this little but rugged Zizzo Urbano, and after over 500 miles of riding, mostly on unpaved roads/bike paths I can tell you this bike has blown me away with not just how durable it is, but also how comfortable it is. It's so damn good, I bought two! Let me explain.
My wife and I are retired and for the past few years we head to New Zealand to see family, but very importantly we REALLY ENJOY missing our northern New England winter. Twice I've purchased a second hand bike in NZ to ride for 3 months and then sold it, but this year I decided to buy a folding bike and bring it with me, and the Zizzo Urbano caught my eye. It was not only the fact I could get the Urbano into a box the airlines considered regular luggage (62" total HxLxW, note: I had to remove the wheels and rear derailleur to get it into the box, and still had room for 20 pounds of other stuff in the same box). But the big advantage is we rent a small car for 3 months, and I could never fit my bike in the rental car. I was able to throw the bike easily in the car and explore other areas. This was wonderful, but then the rugged little bike really continued to impress...
We did a lot of hiking, and when we first arrived in New Zealand, I didn't use the Zizzo right off, I kept thinking it might be good for short rides at first. My first ride was 8 miles! Most of the bike trails around the area had a dirt uneven surface, sometimes bumpy, and I remember thinking to myself that with my weight, would I break the frame of the bike?? In other words I doubted the durability, and I can say i learned quite quickly this is one hell of a rugged bike.... after awhile I was flying off curbs, thru potholes, loose gravel and this bike took it all. I really had confidence in how well this bike was built. Just at the end of our trip (and the bike is now at my step-daughter's for next year--hopefully COVID-19 will begin to wane by then--and she's using it around town), as I was saying, just at the end of our trip, I did 50+ miles one day!... on a folding bike, and not too much pain "under-carriage" if you know what I mean. Really, 50 miles, that is so cool.
And as I said I bought two bikes, I now have one back here in the states, and the one in New Zealand. We've been back in the states for almost a month, and only twice I've cycled with the US Urbano because of the snow cover still on the ground here in northern New England, I've only biked 24 miles so far, and just like my NZ Urbano, my US Urbano is just as comfortable and solid and I can't wait for it to really warm up and get out with the Urbano. I've yet to even bring my regular Surly LHT up from the cellar to ride, I just want to ride the Zizzo!!!! Imagine that!
Now you know about how I feel "subjectively" about the Urbano. Here's just some more "objective" likes/dislikes about the Urbano.
a. I'm 6 feet tall and I did purchase the extended (2 extra inches) seat post, the stock one is fine... but I just find an extra inch or so is better for my long legs.
b. I was impressed with the Kenda tires that even after 500 miles, were just fine, even for small wheels, the durability of the tires seem quite good.
c. The folding pedals are great for reducing the folding size of the bike, but I found them quite slippery, I replaced the pedals with non-folding Puroma platform non-slip pedals, $18 at amazon and your feet don't slip.
d. I brought the bike to the bike shop twice, when I first arrived in New Zealand, I messed up the shifting putting the bike back together, and a second time, with 100 miles logged, the new cables had normal stretch and the bike shop re-adjusted shifting & brakes, and after that, not one problem!
e. The stock saddle was very comfortable, more than I ever expected, even on my 50 mile day, the "under-carriage" situation was minimal considering the long day.
f. It did OK on climbs, out of 500+ miles I really had to walk maybe 4-5 times, and almost all those times involved a steep incline with a lot of loose dirt and gravel where the tires spun-out. I probably walked a total of 1/2 mile out of the 500 miles.
g. Yes it did OK on climbs, but some were tough! I almost think I would give up 8th high sprocket and go for one lower speed on the cluster. I think I used 8th gear once or twice.
h. I would love to see the Urbano have quick-release hubs like the Liberte, I've not had a flat, but using a wrench to get the wheels off just seems archaic.
OVERALL: What a great bike! I absolutely love this bike. Quality, durability and rugged. My regular bike is a Surly Long Haul Trucker, and I like this little Zizzo Urbano better than my LHT (except when cranking up a long steep hill!!!)
Terry P.
I am so grateful for my rides with “Mr. Zizzo”. He makes me feel a little more free during this unprecedented lockdown time. They’re very enjoyable rides through Central Park and road bike paths, always at safe distance from others. I’m also pleased my Urbano was sent from CA almost immediately ! Thank you!
Phillip K.
Perfect train commuter bike. Folds up quickly and is super light. I love this bike!
brian w.
Very easy to use straight out of box - pump up tires - adjust seat post tightness - and other pre-ride checks.
So far so good - about 80 miles so far.
Folds easily - and fairly light.
Mike E.
I'm a little late with my review, sorry Tony. I bought a pair of Urbano's for my wife and I and we couldn't be happier. Like most of us I've been riding a bike most of my life and have had bike that I loved but the folding Urbano is an animal of a different color. I have a Great affinity for my Urbano, it's perfect for the waning beach roads and the streets of Japan. Aside from its portability and my wife and I pack them everywhere, is it's quickness. When you have sidewalks filled with people and you're just crossing thru them you have instant and precise control. Maybe it's raining and the side walk is tile (very slippery) as I'm cruising along I have no problem navigating the city terrain. I see other bikes wobbly moving along while I Zip by. Anyway they are really fun to ride, everyone should have a Zizzo. We will for the next ten years while my wife and I tour the world.
Diana S.
This is my first folding bike and I appreciate how lightweight it is,
the eight gears, and the quick release adjustable seat and handlebars.
Folds well to fit in our Prius.
Joan B.
I have really enjoy the urbano. I have over 200 miles on it. It is everything I need it to be. I'm a 65 yr old woman so I wanted a bike I could easily put in and out of my small Suv . It weighs 25lbs. I like that it doesn't take up all the space in the car. It's very convenient .I leave it in the car most of the time so it's ready whenever I want to ride. I took the bike on the train so I could access bike trails in the city. I found the video on- how to walk the bike in the folded position,
very helpful. It folds and unfolds just fine. The ride is fun and comfortable. I like the tire width for bike paths . The seat is surprisingly comfortable. The price of the bike and the quality made it a good deal. I'm happy! Sally

Just rode to work and back, about a 10mile ride. The bike works great. The handle bars and seat has to be positioned just right to get the magnet to connect when collapsing. Not bad, just getting use to this system. I like this bike better then my $800 non-collapseable bike.

The Urban that I just purchased exceeded my expectations. It is a high quality bike that, in spite of its compact size rides like a big bike. Very stable and capable of handling hills with no problem. Liked it well enough to order a second one for my wife. We plan on carrying them in the RV.

I am 81 years young. I have been riding Trek bikes. Planning to RV to Alaska next summer from Naples FL. Wanted a folding bike for lots of reasons. Bought an E folding bike, too heavy, too complicated, no exercise. Sold it without using it. Sought a light weight folding bike. Chose the Zizzo Urbano. Slight noise by front brake. Called Tony. Suggested a fix by phone. It worked. My conclusion: a great bike at a most reasonable cost and light weight. I will be converting the shipping box into my storage box to carry in my Silverado. Oddly, I also carry a Golden Buzzaround EX mobility scooter! An odd combination? Yes. One for exercise, my Urbano; and one for all day exploration in areas where I can use it as I take a seat with me, as Disney World. My Trek gets me 6 to 12 miles a day, but only for an hour or so. My mobility scooter gets me 12+ hours a day. I will use the Urbano to check out trails and make shorter exploration trips to determine if my wife can do the same route with her scooter. In 2019 we took 4 trips of one month each which would wear out many younger people, but with our scooters and my Trek we did our thing. The Urbano will replace my Trek for our Alaska trip of 3 months. Having just used it a short time, I love it. I may add a mirror and a larger seat. Tony is just great re my phone calls. Thank you for making such a unique bike. Only 24#, 8 gears, folding easily. Wow.

What a beautiful bike. Sometimes pictures don’t always do justice. Fantastic design and workmanship. Packing was excellent too. It came out of the box without a mark on it. This bike is exactly what I hoped it would be and more! Fantastic product.

I am quite impressed with the quality of the Zizzo Urbano bikes that I purchased. I would have rated them as better than expected, but I did have high expectations from the other reviews that I read prior to purchasing. The bikes came pre-assembled, and only required that I inflate the tires to proper pressure prior to riding. Unfortunately, we have been hit with earlier than usual winter weather this year, and I have only had one opportunity to ride, but found the shifter and brakes to work flawlessly. Thank you for providing a wonderful folder at a reasonable price.

Cool bike, love the quality, fit and finish. Fun to ride. A little more unstable and slower than bikes with bigger tires, but still great for my commutes. I mostly fold it at home or when putting it in the car (Prius). There are a number of steps to collapse it, but I received a great demonstration at the showroom. Great price too!

A terrific bike and our third Zizzo. My wife and I both got Vias earlier this year, and thoroughly enjoyed them. My Via recently headed off to Europe with a friend, so I chose the Urbano as a replacement. Both the Via and the Urbano are great bikes with the same excellent geometry and solid-feeling frame. We love being able to carry our bikes in the car on trips; we can quickly unfold them and take off wherever we find a good bike trail. The Via is a tremendous value, and has all you need for recreational use and riding on most terrains. Except for fenders, everything I like about the Via is found on the Urbano, plus some useful additions. The Urbano has noticeably better performance on steep hills, a result both of an extra gear and a well-chosen cassette with an ideal range. The slightly lighter weight, crisper shifting, upgraded components, and easier-to-fold pedals are also plus factors. If you're going to be riding in hilly terrain or riding daily to work, I think you'll appreciate the differences on the Urbano. It, too, is great value and lots of fun to ride.
