Purchased the Urbano as a gift. The receiver of this gift was thrilled! While I can’t say much about the bike as I am not the one riding it, what I can say is the customer service is amazing. Real people actually answer the phone and are very knowledgeable and helpful! The Urbano was out of stock but we were put on a waiting list and contacted as soon as it became available. Definitely worth the wait!

I love this bike! The quality and parts are excellent. Even with the fenders and rear rack installed the bike feels lighter than you think it would. I needed assistance with setting up and received excellent customer service when I called. Extremely happy and grateful for good customer service.

The Urbano is the first bike I've owned in decades. I've had it for about a month now, and so far I'm really enjoying it. I love the convenience of the folding design, and the relatively light weight--I don't have to deal with a bike rack, and it's light enough that I can carry it to and from my 2nd floor condo easily, not to mention it's very easy to store at home (no having to park it in my community garage space). The only mishap I've had so far is the chain came off the pedal crank once. I got it back on, and later made adjustments to the derailleur & chain guide. So far, so good. I think I might've pedaled backwards while shifting into 8th gear at the same time by mistake that caused it to come off.

Took the Zizzo Urbano out for a test ride. It performs well, rolls smoothly, and was comfortable. It is slower to ride than my trek, but the portability and space savings with camping makes it the perfect bike when we are on trips. Tested it on riding up a 17 foot incline and it did very well. I was worried that the gear range would not allow this, and I was very happily surprised by its handling. Very easy to assemble and de-assemble. Very light weight. Glad we purchased this bike for camping trips. It was shipped promptly and packaged well.

Great bike, easy to fold, moderately heavy

***FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Upon receiving and putting together (easy) I went out for a ride. I was stunned by the Urbano's comfort and roadworthiness. But, there was a clicking in the pedals. To make a long story short, Zizzo arranged for me to bring to a local shop. It was repaired (rear wheel replaced) at no cost. Luis and the Zizzo team are to be congratulated for truly standing behind their product.

I love this bike. Super easy to fold and unfold. Quality is outstanding. Perfect for my needs! Thanks for a really excellent product at a super reasonable price!!
Andy C.
We received our two Urbano bikes and have ridden them a couple of times. So far so good. Bikes seem well built, are easy to fold and unfold, and are light weight. This is our first experience with folding bikes, and they’ll take some getting used to.
kenneth c.
The bike is good, had to get use to, but it's OK.
Thomas H.
This Zizzo Urbana is definitely a winner. It has opened up,a new chapter in my life as I though my cycling days were over. Easy to assemble, smooth ride and very light. It fits in the back,-seat of my car. My friends are all very envious and you can expect many future customers. Thank you for this invention!
Trang V.
I really love it, it is suit for all age, wish I know this folding bike earlier
Michael F.
Easy to maneuver, change gears and excellent braking. For personal comfort added a soft seat cushion.
Thomas P.
Very well made Bike ! With high quality components. This bike is as good as bikes that cost twice the price.
Alexander P.
Great for commuting to work. It's easy to fold and fantastic to store inside the building.
James G.
Takes me a while to figure out the folding and unfolding. Hopefully that will get better. The ride is wonderful.
Frankie B.
The Zizzo Urbano is such a great bike for its price!
I am a runner and was looking for a folding bike to change up my normal running routine and the Urbano is perfect for me. The Urbano’s light weight 24lbs and folded size make it easy for me to take it in and out of my car without a bike rack and go. It has allowed me to explore new trails and further areas around my town while adding a new variety of exercise while having fun!
I decided on the Urbano in comparison to other models like the Forte due to the Urbano’s lighter weight, 8 speed Shimano Altus derailleur (which shifts great), price, and its bright red color that pops. The red, black, and white colors look so good!
I also added the Zizzo fenders and a rear rack as well which were easy to install, look great, and work well.
I was missing some screws for the rear rack when I received it however Zizzo’s customer support was amazing sent the missing screws very quickly without any issues. Thanks again!
I’m already excited researching new trails and paths to ride on and you will be too. Definitely recommend it!
William W.
This is my first folding bike, so after extensive research of the different makes and models of folding bikes, I made the decision to purchase a Zizzo Urbano light weight folding bike in Space Grey.
The bike was delivered well-packaged, double-boxed, and with plenty of padding all around. No damage whatsoever! It comes fully assembled, except for the insertion of the seat post.
The Zizzo Urbano is super lightweight and easily folds and unfolds. It's a nice quality folding bike for the price!
Simon D.
This is a great folding bike! Comfortable, easy to fold and store or take in your car or on a train! The seat and handlebars also adjust easily. I'm really enjoying this bike for biking around the city!
MARGUERITE A.
I've only taken short rides so far.
I like the balance and easy ride. The seat has slipped down and I'll have to find out how to make sure that doesn't happen again.
Your service has been great. You shipped promptly and my thanks to Deborah for her quick response to my emails.
Jie D.
We love our bikes (I got three for my family)!
Konstantin K.
Love the bike! Excellent quality and design!
David V.
I purchased my Sizes Urbano a week ago not because I wanted a folding bike. I just wanted a compact do everything bike and I love this folder. I've already added a seat bag, rear light, luggage rack , bottle cage with a pump, front headlight and computer. I changed out the bulky saddle and now this bike is perfect. Just recently I purchased my second Zizzo, my lighter libiter. I come from a road bike back ground and these bikes are simply fun to ride. If only shorter stem options were available the roadie cyclists would be super stoked. Hey, have you thought about a drop bar version like bike Friday offers at your affordable prices?
Happy cyclists

Love it! Super convenient.

Love this bike! Rides smooth!
Richard B.
I really like my Urbano! The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, more than I imagined. So far so good, off course I’ll update after more use. It rides excellent for anime designed as such. As you can see, I mounted a full-size Blackburn rack with the use of a rack post on the seat post. In this way, I can run it with a larger pannier. Stay tuned for the real test when I run it cross coast next year I hope. I used a Trex 520 from Seattle to San Fran before. But I really believe this bike could have done the same, and for less$ So long for now, and safe cycling to all

(I hope this isn’t a duplicate just lost what I wrote)
I am in love with this bike. I rode it minutes after opening the well packed box. It is light, I can lift it into the car, the gears shift smoothly, the seat and handlebars adjust easily. The magnet to hold it together when folded is a great feature. It’s the best birthday present I ever bought for myself (70yrs). I can peddle up the small grades here in the foothills and if I have to walk it up, it’s so light! The best was the adorable young woman who attended my order on the phone - keep her, she’s good! Remind me to send a picture.
Priscilla B.
My Urbano is very stable on gravel roads! Great tires.
Jonathon C.
Bought two urbanos for me and my fiancée for our trip to Mackinac Island and so we could bike more and get outdoors. They are fantastic for anyone needing a very portable bike. Somthings did need to be tightened like the seat and handle bars but once everything was tight it was great. Its a little challenging to get up steep hills but we managed a good 12 mile bike ride all around Mackinac with relitive ease.
Liz H.
My husband got me the Urbano for my birthday. I absolutely love it! It's sturdy, but quick. To get to our local park, I usually go on a bumpy wooded path. The Urbano maneuvers it with ease. My husband has the Forte, which is also great, but five pounds heavier. I really noticed the difference--the Urbano feels a lot lighter and faster to me. I've only had it for two days--I rode about eight miles today and was delighted with how it handled. I will update my review if I notice anything I do not like.
Elaine S.
I love my Urbano. It is lightweight and easy to fold up and stow in my trunk. Because of its light weight, it is pretty snappy on the takeoff. Now I have my bike with me whenever I want it without the trouble of installing my bike rack. I highly recommend this bike.
Lori R.
Please keep in mind that I haven't really had a chance to really take it for a long ride yet. I've just gone up and down my driveway. So, I'll tell you the few things I do like about it before getting into the comments that might sound like criticism.
1. It really is only 24 pounds and light enough for me to pick up to put in my car trunk.
2. Its beautiful bike and seems to be made sturdy with quality material.
Now for the comments:
The pamphlet said that it was read to ride. However, when checking the tire pressure it was 20 psi below the minimum amount it showed on the tire. Also, the chain fell off on my first ride, which my husband fixed right away.
I was also a little disappointed at the way it folds. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it doesn't seem to fold without the one wheel sticking out, even when the little magnets are touching. Looks like < instead of =, if you know what I mean.
The only other thing that is hard for me is to be able to get the handle bars and seat back to where it was perfect the last time when unfolding the bike. This is my first folding bike, so maybe there is some way to mark it or a trick I don't know on how to get it back to where I need it for future rides?
I have yet to try to change the gears. I'm actually not sure how to work it. My last bike was a Schwinn from the early 1980's and that had a completely different kind of gear changer. I looked in the user manual and didn't find anything about it.
It's also been at least 20 years since I last rode a bike regularly. Contrary to the old saying you never forget how to ride a bike, it's actually possible to forget! I got my bike helmet ready for my first ride out of the driveway. Hopefully, I will get used to it.
Overall I like it a lot so far.
Ryan B.
Awesome Bike. I love it. Gears are smooth and brakes tight, this thing cruises!
Jackie L.
I LOVE this bike!
I spent so much time doing research with the help of a friend who knows a bike a lot. The quality exceed my expectations and so easy to fold and I can lift up 24lbs and put in the trunk.. I carry it everywhere.
I hope the company will survive the pandemic.. I’ll buy from then again.
Jasmine B.
I’ve been riding bikes all my life.. now honestly when I first hopped on the Zizzo I was skeptical about the quality having never ridden a bike so light weight. But MAN was my mind blown after a real test run. I road it in every possible situation, dirt paths, pavement, thick grass, shallow water, hills and tuff terrain, and the Zizzo performed like a champ in every one!! I’m DEFINITELY going to order more of them in the near future. #teamzizzo
Steven G.
The Zizzo Urbano has so far been a great bike! The folding mechanisms are simple, easy to learn, and intuitive, it feels remarkably sturdy, and it handles hills very well! The bike also came in great condition and shipping was fairly quick! I have mostly taken it on paved roads so far, so I am not sure how it will perform on bike trails, however, with it's hybrid-like wheels I suspect it will do quite well! It may not be the fastest or most trail-capable bike, but all in all, it's a solid, affordable bike that can get up fairly steep hills with the added benefit of being able to fold small enough to fit in front of the passenger seat of my car! I certainly reccomend!
Sherree A.
I was quite surprised at the ease in which I was able to fold and unfold the Urbano. The bike seat is comfortable and so is the ride. I live on the second floor walk up so it was easy to lift and carry even for an up and coming senior. Love it.
Eric G.
OK, I’ve owned one other folding bike before and it was more expensive, heavier and kinda of awkward in getting it folded - that was my metric for evaluating the Urbano.
The Urbano rides almost like a normal bicycle. The shifter at times will hunt for the proper gears. But eventually, it finds the right gear and all is well. The ease at which it folds and unfolds is remarkably easy. The only question I have is its longevity given its light weight - time will tell.
Thomas H.
Perfect bike to take in our RV. No need to use a bike rack any more so I can easily use it when ever I want. Fits nicely in the rear storage compartment.
Janis D.
I really appreciate the light weight of the Urbano. It makes it easy for me to lift into my car and carry as needed. The shifting is nice and smooth compared to my old bike. I am happy I added the fenders and bike rack as well as the rear bag. It all looks great and I receive many compliments. I anticipate many happy rides.
Dianne S.
Very light and easy to fold for travel so happy with my urbano
patricia p.
I love the convenience...I'm a little nervous about it not lasting...I hear some squeaks here and there when riding. I'm hoping it's nothing serious.
It is a great "little " bike
Brittany P.
I so far love this bike! Folds pretty easy, smooth ride with lots of gears and relatively light weight for easy transport! I also really love the red color. I also had a great experience with the company themselves. Fedex never delivered the first bike and claimed they did and I contacted the company and they were able to send another to a location for me to pick up instead! Very accommodating!
ANTHONY B.
The quality of the urbano is exceptional. So happy with it
Whitfield T.
Excellent product ingenious!
Carla C.
Light, cool design. Everything I need it.
Alberto V.
The weight load is 240lbs, i’m 230lbs and the bike holds my weight like a champ. I’ve had the bike for about three weeks and i’ve already traveled over 100 miles on it. I take it to work and ride paved trails on the weekends. Gear shift and derailleur work great especially for a big guy like me.
Carmen C.
I’m very impressed. Also, what makes it even more enjoyable, it looks great. I took it to the local bike shop for adjustments and they too were very complimentary. This was reassuring, I’m now confident I’ve made the right choice.
Julio V.
I take this in my Camper Van and absolutely Love It!!! Off the beaten path with my camera, the possibilities are endless!!! Truly Happy, Thank you!!
Kathleen U.
I have to say, I am impressed with this bike. Easy to transport. Easy to ride. I really love it.
William G.
Wasn't expecting to climb hills with such ease or carry my 20-lb pooch in gis dog-specific backpack on tides with such small wheels and only 8 gears. Much more comfort than my dahon. Already logged 500 miles. I'm not in your key demo -- a senior over 200 lbs. (But i'm working on losing 20 lbs and the zizzo is playing a major role.)
So the message from me to your key demo --"If this old oberweight guy can cruise up hills while carrying his riding buddy, well....
"
Only neg is the seat. Will probably get your upgrade saddle with the 5% discount. Bill
Kirk S.
Overall the bike seems to be of good quality.
Mariana A.
I love my new bike! It's so easy to fold and its light weight. The quality was better than I expected and the design and color are beautiful! The only con is the break that came very tight and I couldn't loose a bit, so I will have to take it to a shop.
Walter S.
I like the look and I am impressed by the quality and attention to detail built-in.
Jeffrey L.
Bike is great for placing in car trunk and take to places to bike. Two bikes fit perfectly in trunk of my Honda accords. One of the bikes seems to have an issue with the handlebar alignment getting off track over time, but nothing that can’t be solved by some quick adjustments with an Allen wrench. Overall you peddle more than normal, but that’s to be expected with the smaller wheels. Worth it for the portability!
Bob D.
Love the Urbano bike so much that I got one for my wife! Handles great and fun to ride! Easily folds to put in the car, very comfortable ride and shifts smoothly!
Patricia K.
I bought 2 bikes, for my husband & me. They're our first folding bikes. We took them camping and enjoyed them. We plan to take them on our future trips and have recommended them friends.
Jack B.
I love the bike. My wife likes it too so I ordered a yellow one (her favorite color). We will use them camping and in bike trails where we live. It is fun to ride!!
Nicole S.
The seat slides a little, but overall a nice bike.
Sue
I’m 65 and started riding my cruiser on a daily basis last March, 2020. Recently though I have really wanted a good bike I can transport easily to other locations for rides, so a folding bike seemed like the best option (I don’t like bike racks). After reading many reviews, I decided on a grey Zizzo Urbano. I fell in love with it the very first day! This bike is so light and agile with such a smooth ride! Steering is effortless. The brakes are tight, gears shift as they should without getting stuck. As a side note, for me, I wanted a saddle with more cushion so I switched it up. I believe I made a great choice. Very happy customer!
Jason M.
I thoroughly enjoy this bike! I’m 6’2” and about 215 pounds. No issues with safety or problems being too big to ride. Solid construction. No issues thus far, only about 25 miles on it though, hopefully more soon! Not the easiest uphill but I can adjust and get stronger and be better with that. Totally recommend this wonderful practical little bike!
Jacob S.
I really like my zizzo space grey urbano bike. I have a 2011 mazda 3 sedan and it's much easier transporting this vs. using a bike rack, and having a larger bike. I also bought the carry bag so I could throw it in the back seat easier. I have stereo equipment in the trunk so I have to use the back seat. Overall, the carry bag and bike are good quality. I hope to get many good years out of my bike. Thanks Zizzo
David D.
Bought the bikes for my wife and I to take on the boat when we cruise
So far the fun has been local and taking them by car.
The bikes arrived well packed and the cartons in good condition. Not a scratch on the bikes. And after watching the online video took less than 5 minutes to unpack and setup. Pumped up the tires and we were off on a spin around the neighborhood.
Great purchase and we look forward to our cruise with them to Key West
Randal U.
Excellent welds, excellent paint finish, wheels are true with quality tires. Hinges and latches work well. Good shifter, eight gears are a plus. The V brakes work much better than my bike with mechanical disc brakes. The seat and handle bar tubes are marked with scales making it easy to return to previous settings. Only 24.5 pounds and a great value. Note: There was an issue with the seat cover which Tom quickly addressed. Customer service is excellent too.
Ashlyn R.
Compact design, lightweight - literally everything I could ask for. So happy!
Jodi P.
This bike is perfect for my purposes. Wanted something easy to transport in the back of my suv. Love it!
Bob D.
Great little bike! Folds and unfolds nicely, rides great, comfortable and fun to ride! Not only could I ride it, but my 10 year old grandson could also ride it with the adjustability of the bike. I just ordered another one for my wife! Perfect for packing up to ride anywhere we go!
Kenneth R.
I love this bike, I especially love that I didn’t pay $1000’s of dollars for it. I’ve ridden it over 50 miles already and it’s exceeded my expectations in every way.
Rainier A.
Better ride and comfort.
Richard K.
I like everything about the bike so far. Good quality, and a surprisingly good ride. The only quirk so far is the shifting. It seems to be sort of between gears in the 3-4-5 range. Sometimes it won't change gears after clicking the shifter in to the next gear, and sometimes it will change gears when I haven't touched the shifter. I meant to call for technical support to see if something needs an adjustment. Other than that, the folding mechanisms and quality of the ride have been perfect.
Serena M.
This is my vehicle for my work commute. I love pedal-power!

Purchased 2 Zizzo Urbano for our boat. Last summer we biked across Nantucket, Martha, Cuttyhunk, Newport, Montauk and more! taking the bikes on and off the boat is super easy. The bikes are rugged (many off road paths to secluded beach areas but also run well on paved roads) comfortable to ride even on hilly roads. The picture is taken on Cuttyhunk island. The fold easily and store on our boat easily. We are very pleased with our Zizzo Urbano bikes - highly recommended ! Ciao!

Bike's built is solid. Delivery arrived on time and setup the bike was easy.
Linda S.
My husband bought the first bike and had spoken to Tom first about which bike would be better--Liberte or Urbano. Given that we intended to ride more on gravel roads vs. streets, Tom recommended the Urbano. Well, when my husband got his, I had to get one for me as well. It is really well made and unfolding it was really easy (as well as refolding). There are adjustments in height you can make for the seat and handlebar so you can really get a good fit for your size. We are both 70 years young and not tall people, and these bikes are perfect for transporting, rather than our larger mountain bikes.
Also, Zizzo's staff (usually Tom) are friendly and helpful, and their video tutorials are very informative and easy to follow. So glad we got these bikes.
Rick D.
Bought 2 Urbano's to travel with. Since we are in the middle of winter here in Wisconsin only took them out for a short ride. Surprised at the quality for the the price. Easy to fold and unfold. Smooth drive train. Comfortable ride. Can't wait to take them to warmer weather with us!
Alex M.
The bike is solid and easy to fold, the only drawback is not come with the rack
Rachel M.
I am happy with my Urbano. The only negative was difficulty in preventing the seat from sliding down. I think I tightened the dial near the seat post lock enough that it won't slide down anymore, but it wasn't easy for me to tighten it. I had to use a rubber jar cap gripper under pliers. I don't think you can use a wrench on it, which would have been easier. Other than that, it was easy to get the bike up and running.
Larry W.
I especially like the wider tires, as I want to be able to ride in on unpaved trails in addition to paved trails. Overall build quality seems good. Haven't had a chance to ride it much yet.
Maria A.
Beauty of a ride! Thank you.
sharlene r.
A smooth riding bike ...love that it came pre-assembled fits right in my car.
I love it
Etsuko H.
I love my urbano! Light-weighted, stylish and easy to ride. After a few decades, I rode a bike since I was in teens. Good feeling to try something new or retry something that I enjoyed before but forgot. Great customer support. Ask them first before you do something if any issues. Don’t apply MD40 to brake pads like me due to squeaky sounds! LOL
Earl D.
Great bike in every way.
Pamela F.
I really love this bike! Super comfy, shifts easy, brakes easy, folding is easy and it's LIGHT! I thank you so much for making a quality product at an affordable price. Several of my friends are now seriously considering your bike after trying mine.
Wally F.
I do love it, it is going to be the only one for me.
Jeffrey S.
Pros: Bike is easy to adjust and rides great. No adjustment was needed out of the box.
Cons: Instructions should be more specific on opening and closing levers as initially I had trouble locking the frame in place. Also took time to figure out how to fold petals. Upon folding bike don't see where magnets are. Finally two metal guards were loosely attached to the rear stays of the bike and I'm not sure if they are needed.
Tewodros A.
Everything looks good except for the head post. It wiggles. I lowered the post all the way down to see if it would stop wiggling, I also tightened it up as much as I could, but it still wiggles. I also bought the via model which is a bit cheaper than this one and that doesn’t wiggle at all. So, this appears to be a defect and not sure how it passed quality control. That is very disappointing since the store is not local and I had it shipped, which took 6 days to arrive. I would have exchanged it if the store was local.
If there is a way to stop the wiggling, it would have been a perfect bike.
Carl B.
I bought the Urbano for my daughter, so she could use it to ride with my granddaughters. But I have ridden the bike several times. It is easy to ride, although it takes some getting used to compared to my "full size" bikes. I'm 6 feet, and the 20 inch wheels result in a different ride. But the gears shift smoothly, the brakes are great, and the bike is easy to fold and unfold. And it is fairly light, so easy to carry and load into the car.
Efrain M.
Great bike!!!! Very comfortable and rides very smoothly!
Nancy G.
I was a bit on the fence about buying a bike online.
Especially a folding bike that was so different from traditional bikes I’ve had.
I must say, my Zizzo Urbano is above and beyond what I expected in quality.
The fit and finish is outstanding. It’s a smooth comfortable ride. Great brakes, solid shifting.
The bike arrived perfectly adjusted and all I needed to do was put air in the tires and ride.
It was evident by the packaging that this company pays attention to detail.
I’m delighted with my bike.
Thien N.
It not stable as a 26 inches bicycle but I need it for convenience. It is too troublesome with a normal bike and rack. I currently put it in my honda civic sedan and ride it daily.
Rachel B.
As a new rider (I hadn't ridden since 9 yrs old), I feel very comfortable on my new Zizzo Urbano. The best parts are how incredibly light weight the bike is and how compactly it folds up. Getting it in and out of my 2nd floor apt through a narrow staircase is a breeze! So glad I invested in this bike... I'm really enjoying learning to ride again and can't wait to go farther distances. Thank you Zizzo!
Kathlyn B.
This is a quality folding bike! Very well packed (quite amazing) and easy to get it together and going. Got immediate phone help with getting the chain on the sprocket (thank you). Although this bike has eight gears, with the small wheels, this is nothing like an eight gear large bike and I struggled making a hill. Also, I found that a motor kit could not be put on the bike, as it has only a 2 inch fork separation. Well, it is what it is, and it works great for me (not a strong rider) on mostly flat bike paths. I am happy to have a bike that is fun to ride, easy to put in a trunk, useful around the campground, and a handy extra bike for guests.
Helen N.
I've been riding my bike now for about 5 months. Let me preface with the fact that I haven't ridden a bike since I was small. I got it because of the pandemic, I figured it'd be safer and easier to commute around. I received the bike super quick, only a week after ordering. The package was very well padded and the bike was very easy to put together. It has a very sturdy build and my rides have been smooth, and I live in NYC. I got the Urbano because of the weight and the tires. I've had 0 issues with folding it up or opening it back up. I love the way it looks. Just everything's been perfect. Only personal gripe because I am a 100 lb female is that it's a bit heavy, but the compactness is perfect for storage in my small apartment. I'd highly recommend the company and their bikes.
Sonia J.
I absolutely love my bike. I keep my bike and helmet in the trunk of my car and whenever I see a trail I unfold my bike and ride!!!
William H.
At first blush it appears to be a good value for the money. Seems well made but on anything other than a pristine concrete or asphalt surface, even minor bumps, it rattles the rider. Zizzo claims “…the Urbano is ready to take on the road or trail…”. I challenge that statement. I almost returned it because my daily use can’t avoid a 50 yd. stretch of a smooth footpath & even that is brutal. Plus, I’d planned to take it on camping trips (boondocking) where I can’t count on paved surfaces. If it wasn’t for paying the return shipping charge, I might have returned it. But other than the rough ride I think it’s a great light weight, folding option so I'm going to gamble that I don't regret that decision later.
Christine A.
I love the bike the moment I test ride my friend's Zizzo bike. It's easier to ride than any other bike I tried which makes it great for beginners and makes you go longer distances and use it more often. The bike is lightweight and folds easily as expected; it takes a few times to get used to folding it well. The quality was great; I went through tough terrain easily with no damage.
There were only a few minor scratches out of the box when shipped and a minor detent on the hand bars after the folded bike fell over. Time to time the breaks would be noisy. Nothing that can't be fixed or covered up though. The one thing it doesn't have is spings to make those bumpy roads more comfortable to ride. However, with the foldable feature, lightweight and design surpass the need for springs.
Customer service is excellent. From messaging on Facebook to quick response time via email. Therefore, you can be reassured that you can get your inquires answered and resolved.
Dexter B.
I never had a bike like this one before. It so light and easy to carry anywhere. I love it!
Alexander D.
Excellent bike! 24lbs is amazing. Everything on the bike is high quality. Have had a blast riding fast with my Corgi in a dog backpack on my back on my Urbano. She loves to bike ride.
Helena C.
Great design and quality construction. The Urbano folds up neatly in our sprinter van and provides scenic exercise around the campsite.
