The e-kit is a game changer! I definitely recommend this to be added to anyone's Zizzo. Going up the incline is so much easier, biking is more fun.
As for the range, I'll give an estimation. I weigh around 160 lbs and had the front bag with my 2L water bottle, 5lb bike lock etc. I had charged the battery up to maybe 4.5 - 4.75 bars of power (it was more than 4 bars but it wasn't completely charged to 100% but was showing 5 bars). I rode 11 miles on a combination of all the pedal assists and throttle, mostly using level 1 assist for 75% of the time, level 2 for 20% ish, and the remaining with level 3 and throttle (mostly just for uphills). The bar was still showing 5 so I can get at least 11 miles, if not more, on 1 bar of power and if that holds up, the range is easily 50 miles on a combination.
I had some trouble getting the battery off the first day but I called customer support and someone helped me right away on the line. Also had some questions about the settings which they resolved by email right away. I appreciate that kind of customer support and availability. For the price, this is definitely worth it.

This conversion I started with a Liberte. It should be noted that the prep/swap of bottom bracket will require additional tools. There should be a note about installing the cadence sensor while installing the conversion bottom bracket so that the crank arm is not installed and removed more than necessary. The rear rack and battery carrier requires a bit of bending to align the mounting and sits at an angle when installed. Finally, the rear wheel is very difficult to move into position.

Had some trouble with assembly, but I finally finished it. Here are some comments about the assembly:
1. I needed an 8mm allen; the doc only mentions 4,5,6.
2. I didn't get the crank puller tool, and I should have. The cranks was really, really tight. I had to go to a bike store to get the crank off. You should make it more clear that the tool is required, and that it can be very hard to get the crank off.
3. Getting the rear wheel to drop into place was quite hard. I had to keep several small pieces in place while pushing the wheel into the bracket.
4. The battery rack is too wide for the mounting and it was hard to fasten it. I had to use a special clamp to squeeze it while I put on the bolts.
5. The rack came with four washers that aren't mentioned in the doc. I tried to use them but I wasn't able to fasten the rack if I used them.
6. I needed to zip tie the cable that is attached to the motor to the frame. This is not mentioned in the video.
7. With the new parts and cables, the magnets that hold the folded bike together no longer touch.

Love the conversion kit!
It was pretty easy to install, watching Tony's video was a lot better than instruction manual, but referenced between both.
If you run into a problem, they might even send you a personal video explaining the installation step that you are having problems with.

Pretty straightforward install, the instructions are very specific. Wish the kit included the crank removal tool but I managed without it. I think it was less the 2 hours.
This is my first e-bike, I ridden a couple different types around the corner, so I can’t really compare it to my Zizzo. I’ve already put 20 miles on my e-bike conversion.
Happy so far but I can feel the rear motor working hard in mode 2 going up an incline. I’m 225 lbs. plus I’ve added
A rear toddler seat that I take my 19 month old for a ride. It’s fun. The speed is just right for a small frame Zizzo style bike.

I converted our two bikes without much issue.
The urbano was first and the easiest of the two. Instructions were straightforward and the additional videos helped. Beau was great source of information if you have any questions. After the conversion I had to do some minor adjustments to the detailer as the bike was not moving into 8th gear. Minor brake adjustments as well since the e-bike rim seams to be a little wider. Only issue I haven’t addressed is the battery rack is a little wider than our original rack (we had added the wheeled rack) and hits the handle bar stem when folded rather than touching the magnets. I’m looking at extending the pad on the front forks so the magnet will hold.
The second bike we converted was my wife’s Liberte, same issues that we experienced with the Urbano PLUS we had to change the crankset and bottom bracket.
Overall we love the bikes, and now they are even better, the thumb throttle is great when you need that little extra boost.

The ordering process was simple. I was contacted to make sure I ordered the correct sensor and kit for my Liberte. Once the kit arrived along with the bottom bracket and the crankarm ordered separately from Amazon, I took the parts and the bike to a local bike shop (I live in Southern California about 25 miles east of downtown Los Angeles) since I don't have the right tools and I don't feel confident that I can complete the conversion. The local bike shop charged me $170 and it took 1 week to complete. I took it out on a test ride for about 10 miles over the weekend. The route has a couple of hills and I had to go up to assist level 2 both times. I tried assist level 3, but I don't think it was necessary unless the hill is steeper. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase, and I look forward to taking this ebike with me on roadtrips.

This was a fun kit to install! I got this kit for my mom, who struggles to keep up with us when we run into small hills at the park.
I'm mechanically savvy but the clear instruction manual and easy to follow video walkthroughs really shaved time and effort off.
Overall install time took probably 2-3 hours? but most of that time was spent OCD'ing over cable management. After install, I had to fine tune the derailer to get smooth shifting. I also needed to readjust brakes.
As for performance: handles pretty good? The motor kicks in but isn't a crazy jolt like other E-bikes, so it's very manageable/less accident prone. Last thing I want is my mom accidentally careening into a tree. 4 levels of assist ranging from Zero assist, 5mph, 11mph, and max at 15mph.
Handles most hills fine. very steep hills you can hear the motor working, but we're talking VERY steep, like the ones you get off the bike and walk up.
Took it for a short 6 mile grocery trip to test and it handled well! Kind of jealous that mom has an e-bike now!
