If you’ve purchased from ZiZZO and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s); no questions asked*. Customers are responsible for returning shipping. You have the option to choose your own carrier, or you can request a quote from us by checking it off on the return form. Please note this requires the original box.

ZiZZO Bikes or Accessories returned because of parts changes are considered "Satisfaction" Returns and and fall under the 30 day return policy.
Returns must me made within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and in original condition.
No abuse, damage or neglect. (Slight signs of use ok).

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Please make sure to return all items that were originally shipped including but not limited to: Manuals, tools, instructions, charging cables and/or small parts.
Please make sure to remove or obscure any old shipping labels when shipping the item back. Failure to do so may result in the item being re-delivered to you and/or additional shipping charges.
Deductions may be made to your refund if the bike or accessory was received damaged or missing due to improper repacking and/or return shipping damage.

Customers wanting to return their bikes because of warranty concerns must follow all warranty procedures (including but not limited to: repair and/or replacement of parts). If you choose to return the bike and forgo the warranty process, return shipping charges will not be waived. Any parts needing to be replaced, additional servicing work and/or shipping damage may incur a service charge.
You are responsible for any charges associated with returning the product.
ZiZZO reserves the right to switch out the different replacement parts if needed.
If your order is returned to us due to customer-related issues (incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal), shipping fees in both directions will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund with no shipping fees deducted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll receive an email confirmation along with the status of your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
