At 72, this was easy to get it out of the box and set up! The videos were helpful. I’m very pleased with my purchase and am back on my city trails again! Highly Recommended !

Love the red color. Video instructions were easy to understand, and it gets faster to unfold & fold with practice. I've ridden on both smooth & rough/bumpy roads and down hills (had to walk it back up a steep hill though).

I'm quite pleased to have to have my new Urbano. There were no issues as to delivery, packaging, or condition. After a quick inspection, I brought it out on a snow free January day in Western New York. The first thing one notices is the fantastic red paint. It really glows! The ride is smooth, rattle free, with easy shifts both up and down. Since I already own a Zizzo Forte, I understand that 20 inch bikes are not too speedy, but this is not a problem for me. However, the comparatively light weight of the Urbano was a selling point both for riding and carrying around. At 165 pounds, I feel quite comfortable on the Urbano and find it to have been a great purchase.

Great looking well built bike

This is my second Urbano. I ordered it to have another bike for family members to ride with me. I live in snow country, so am riding the bike now on my indoor wheel set up. I love riding this new Urbano while watching bike ride discs on the tv. When the snow melts, I'll be out on the trails showing off this great bike! I absolutely love how light it is, and even though I am a woman in my eighties, I can easily load the bike into my van. Thanks!

I work on a hilly, college campus. I ride it to get around the campus. Then I take it on the train and ride it home. It’s awesome.

love this bike. fits me very well i am 5'2' 120 lbs. The bike arrived well packaged and works great I use it around town, it feels very steady. Shifts great from day one and breaks well . Easy to adjust to fit your needs . I am so pleased with his bike i will be buying a second one in the future .

I've been using my Urbano as a last-mile multi-modal commute solution. I went in with high expectations, and it's exceeded them. Fun to ride, surprisingly capable on hills, packs up small enough to easily take on a bus or train.

It is very nice and fun, not perfect but very good for what it is.... Although, it didn't came in a ready to ride condition from zizzo, I had to adjust the wheels, the brakes, the rear derailleur and the latches. But overall it is very fun to ride and has a good quality of build

So far so good. The only concern the bike seat slowly lowers itself. And I am not a heavy person.

Great Bike and excellent customer service!!

This is my 3rd Zizzo bike. The first one I purchased was a Liberte back in 2020. 3 years later I purchased another Liberte to rotate usage. I've had to retire out that first Liberte as replacement parts to keep in running well are becoming harder to come by. So I've branched out to the Urbano and I must say I enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed both of my Libertes. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the rear magnet fell off. I was able to locate most of the parts on the road but needed to get a replacement nut at a hardware store. Everything else about this Urbano I am loving. Especially the wider more comfortable seat compared to the Liberte.

I was hesitant at 1st but finally bought the urbano. It is a very nice riding bike.

I shop and donate things to thrift stores that help the local food bank. I went in the store and a zizzo urbano was in the thrift store for 89. I have always wanted a fold up bike to throw in the car but I could not justify the price or so I thought. I got it checked everything out and all was good looked like new no rust. After riding it I was like man this thing is super high quality and worth every penny at full price. If I had known how light and compact it was I would have purchased one at full price sometime ago. I am already planing on getting a rack and fenders. Something else about this bike they have a complete line of parts and accessories for it. At reasonable prices.

Loved my urbano, fits quite compactly into many spaces. Taking the urbano on the bus was no more cumbersome than having a wheelchair or mobility device on the bus, but I would recommend still leaving it on the front rack if your local buses have them. In any case, this bike is way more flexible in use cases than a traditional bike and is a joy to bring on commuter rail, intercity rail, intercity bus, and road trips. The materials are all high quality, and you only get what you need. Highly recommend to casual cyclists.

Bike is wonderful, the gear shifting is little tricky on this model, not sure if it gets better the more I use it but shifting to 6,7& 8th gear doesn’t work very well and keeps on clicking.

Urbano is a great folding bike. So much so that I bought a second one for the spouse. It's compact enough for the need and rides like a full-size bike. Easy to fold/unfold. It's great that most of the components are off-the shelf so future upgrades and maintenance are going to be easy. Delivery was also quick and the bike was packaged well. They have great customer service too. Overall, very satisfied.

I recently purchased this folding bike, and I'm quite impressed! It was delivered on time, and the packaging was excellent. The bike was easy to unfold and ready to ride in less than 5 minutes. However, the tires needed a bit more air before I could start riding. Once that was sorted, the bike rides smoothly, and I haven't encountered any issues so far. Overall, it was a great purchase!

I received my ZiZZO Urbano, and had a little hiccup with my Stem Lock. It was stripped. A couple of emails and pictures exchanged with Beau and his fine staff, and the problem was diagnosed, and a new Stem Lock was sent to me. I’m happy to say the new lock is installed, and did some riding at my local park yesterday, and I’m loving it. Beau and the staff at ZiZZO bikes are awesome.

ZiZZO Urbano- OK, I am 5'11" 170 pounds 61 years old and I had a knee replacement 1.5 years ago. Now that that is out of the way let's get on to the bike. It came in the box within 4 days of ordering it. I watched the videos on the ZiZZO website and getting the thing into riding shape was a snap. I took it for a test ride and everything seemed to be fine. May need to adjust it a bit on 5th gear but no big issue. Worked fine. Benson, AZ has hills... Steep hills. That worried me a bit. So I rode down the hill and started back up. I was a bit surprised that for my first outing I told most of the hill in 2nd gear and towards the top (at it's steepest) I went to first and crawled right up it. I wasn't going fast but I wasn't huffing and puffing either. I really wasn't putting in much effort at all. Just a light steady pressure on the pedals. Wasn't even breathing hard. So I am happy. I had given up my car and thought I was doomed to either walking or taking the bus. Not anymore.. The bike is surprisingly light. It climbs like a goat. The frame and components seem to be of very good quality. I am glad I went with the Urbano instead of the Campo. The extra $150 I paid was well worth the upgrade.

It’s snowing here! Burrrr so I can’t ride until spring. Set up and safety check were pretty quick and easy especially thanks to your videos.

The Liberty was my first fold up. Great intro experience, but now finding the Urbano a much sturdier and smoother ride. The complimentary carry bag is easy to use and great protection. Also Zizzo’s phone support has been terrific!

The bike is very light, well made, and a joy to ride. We bought two for our boat for a 6000 mile journey we are about to undertake.

The derailer needed to be adjusted, because it would not shift properly. Í did it and it seems to work great now. Other than that the bike is in perfect condition.

What a great little bike.

Overall I am very happy with the bike. I have owned this new one for around a month, and I also briefly had an older second-hand model. My space is small and I had too much trouble getting a full sized bike up stairs and into my apartment. I bought the Urbano for doing errands, getting a bit of exercise, and bridging the gaps between my apartment, the train, and work. I still need to get the rear rack and some panniers, but so far the bike has performed all of these tasks well. I am glad it has 8 speeds to deal with hills. The customer support has also been extremely responsive and helpful. I had a few issues, ordered from more to less important: - The bottle mount location is inconvenient because it is tool close to the frame hinge. A water bottle holder I had around is too long on the bottom to fit. This is also an issue with the Zizzo pump. Before you buy accessories that mount here, either get precise measurements from a manufacturer or measure it yourself. - The mounting point for the rear pannier near the kick stand is a Phillips head screw. The threading may also be messed up as I stripped the screw while trying to get it unstuck. A local bike shop removed it for me. This may be a one-off problem, but consider making this consistent and use a hex screw here instead. - The black finish on a lot of the hardware immediately starts to wear off once you try to do anything with the bike. If there were a bike with silver fixtures instead, I probably would've bought that.

I have loose spokes on the front and back wheel. The spokes are bent. I don't think the wheels were laced properly.The rest of the bike is perfect. This is a lightweight and beautiful bike.

I’ve had a bike for three weeks. It has been an excellent commuter and very efficient. Most of all I’m getting many compliments from commuters about what a nice looking bike it is. It has succeeded my expectations.

We needed something during our winter treks to Florida, that we could unmount from the bike rack and put into the SUV atop the luggage during crappy weather. The Urbano rides well, shifts easily, is light and responsive. 20' wheels make for delightful turns. I'm not a novice; I'm a police bicycle instructor-trainer and I know bicycles so I gotta say something negative = the seatpost's saddle mount is unstable, doesn't mate properly to the seatpost. it wiggles and no matter how tight I get the bolt the seat nose points down (again). Had to buy a better saddle mount for $7.99. Problem solved, saddle points at the correct angle. No big deal, especially with the military discount Zizzo gave me. $389 plus free shipping. Boom!

We ordered two of these Urbanos for our 37 ft sailboat because they looked to fold up nicely and take a minimum amount of precious storage space. Kudos due to the packager as the bikes arrived in pristine condition after being shipped by UPS across the country, then flown to an island, then ferried over to our boat. They were easy to assemble and were ready to ride in minutes. We’ve only ridden them this morning but they were comfortable and the gears shifted smoothly so we can give them a high 5 so far. On another note, Customer Service rep, Janie, was excellent facilitating shipping and answering our questions. Thank you.

I LOVE THIS BIKE! It’s easy to assemble and fold up, it has great gearing for light duty riding, and fits great in our truck. Very sturdy construction. Excellent service. The only improvement would be quick release wheels.

I wasn't sure about a folding bike. I love this thing! It's comfortable, easy to fold, gears are fantastic. Added bonus is the ease of adjusting the handlebars and seat since it's a folding bike. Delivery and assembly both went very smoothly. My husband might be a lil jealous! My Zizzo is Zippy!

Once I figured out that the "bolt" holding both wheels together was actually a magnetic locking mechanism, I was able to unfold the bike and assembly/adjustments were easy. I attached the Zizzo trainer to my Urbano, and, for now, plan to use my new bike as an indoor trainer. It doesn't take up much room and is a good way to exercise indoors during these cold, wintry days.

I love the bike! I use it mostly for city biking and it's great. Small and light weight. I can carry it into stores and restaurants. Ride is a bit rough though. Option for suspension would be nice. But overall I would buy it again. Great job!

Excellent for riding along the very flat Palm Beach bike trail, running along the Intracostal Waterway, behind the mansions. Not as happy when climbing anything more than a mild grade, gearing is much too high, probably easily cured by swapping in a 42 tooth chainring to replace the stock 52 tooth unit. Folds accurately, fast & tight. Shifting & brakes fine right out of the box. Good value.

Love my new Zizzo Urbano! I bought it for its portability and It's a perfect fit for my car, even with the top down! The bike is also light enough to lift up and down as I go to multiple trails a day, putting it in and out of the trunk. Well built with quality parts and easy to assemble and break down on a regular basis.

We bought two of these bike to take with us on our boat while doing the Great American Loop. They are just great!!! We are both avid bike riders and own multiple bike (Tri, road, gravel, and mountain). We really wanted quality folding bike for our long boat trip. One of our two bikes arrived with a need for a quick repair. I must say that the customer service was excellent. Other companies could take lessons on how to treat customers from these guys! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality folding bike.

Unboxing and assembly was very easy with the short videos. Have put about 50 miles in them in 10 days and thoroughly love them. They shift well , the brakes were well adjusted and they are easy to fold/ unfold and store when not in use.

My second Zizzo. First was a Forte and now Urbano. I have no issues with both the bikes. Shimano gears was excellent and long lasting.

I was fortunate enough to have caught this amazingly fun bike for a ridiculously low price at a wholesalers. Arrived quickly and all dialed n aside from air n the tires. Being older now and 5 flights of stairs here, love the light weight of this. Already exploring my neighborhood and park on this. I love mine ♥️

Really impressed with my Urbano. It came well packed (double boxed). After unpacking, unfolding and airing up the tires it was ready to go. Everything was perfectly set up, the wheels were true the brakes perfectly adjusted and the shifting was spot on. The urbano feels solid. I don’t detect any frame flex or squirminess. I picked the urbano over the Liberte to get the slightly fatter tires and the wider saddle. For myself I’d still get the fatter tires but swap out the wide saddle for the road bike saddle. My thoughts on the fatter (lower pressure) tires were that I wouldn’t need to air up the tires as often and maybe soften the ride a little. I’m very happy with Zizzo and the urbano and wouldn’t hesitate to get another one.

The bike folds easily and rides nicely. My only complaint is the handlebar stem creaks with pressure (such as riding uphill). I took the bike to a repair shop and they were able to get some of the creaking noise out to where it is at least bearable. Not sure if this is a design flaw or if this is to be expected with all folding bikes. I am mostly satisified with my purchase and would rate this 3 and 1/2 stars if I could.

I ordered the bike on Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday. I unpacked it, and everything was perfect. I had to adjust one of the brake levers, but that was it. So far, I have only ridden the bike around the small town that I live in, but I do plan on traveling with it, ultimately taking it overseas. I may buy a second one for my wife.

Well made, easy to fold and unfold. Fun to ride. Looking forward to being able to toss it in the cat and exploring all the great bike paths in our area.

My two weeks of research on fold-able bikes on “YouTube” has paid off. I love my new Zizzo Urbano bike. It is such a sweet ride with quality craftsmanship all the way. It came ready to ride and enjoy right out of the box - no assembly needed – just lift it out, unfold and enjoy. I can tell it was well-tested before it left the manufacturer because I’ve had no issues in three weeks of riding. It’s great on the trails with the gears shifting very smoothly. I’ve recommended this bike to several people in the park. Customer service has been excellent. They answered my questions through eMail before I decided to purchase. The one big issue was whether it would fold up into the trunk of my small Ford Focus. It does with room left to spare. I can highly recommend this bike and the Zizzo company.

The Urbano is the most affordable entry into the performance folding bicycle world with its Shimano drivetrain and standard sized parts. Dipping into my parts bin and a making few judicious purchases, I upgraded the Urbano 8-speed to 9-speed simply by switching to an Alivio 9s trigger shifter, higher-speed chain and a Shimano 11t-36t 9s cassette. This gives my Urbano a lower climbing gear at no expense to top-end speed. I also switched the saddle to a Fabric Line, fit alloy spd pedals, and added better-fitting wider carbon handlebars. These changes knocked nearly pound off the bike weight. With its multi-surface tires, it is now ready for off-road use. For road-only trips, I picked up a set of Continental Contact Urban tires and lightweight tubes which roll seriously fast and knock off nearly another pound. One problem I had was a bent derailleur hanger on arrival, but Zizzo sent a replacement quickly (thank you!). I have a full bike repair workshop so dealing with this issue was painless. If you are not bike-repair savvy, I'd budget to have the bike checked out by a trained mechanic. Even with no upgrades, the Urbano is a great lightweight bike, but with a few tweaks, it becomes a serious player in the folding bike world.

Still winter here in Maine but was able to ride about 100 yds on bare but potholed back road. Rides great. Lady friend bought a Liberate 2 years. I bought the Urbano to both ride with her and to prep for a knee replacement in September. We sail a boat all summer in Penobscot Bay in Maine and can keep the bikes on board. We look forward to exploring the inhabited islands in Maine that have roads (and keeping my knee strong).

I added a rack and small panniers for hauling things and have enjoyed riding it. I swapped out the seat for one that works better for me, but everything else works fine.

I have several full sized bikes but wanted a folding bike to take camping with me, and for other travel in the area. I also wanted something for more casual rides where I could just hop on in casual workout gear or shorts instead of a full Lycra kit. I decided on the ZiZZO Urbano and was not disappointed! The quality is excellent and it is very well made with good components. It feels very comfortable and sturdy. So easy to fold/unfold. I love the more upright position and I’m able to ride in casual clothes. I added fenders and a rack with a bag and it’s perfect for me to carry my camera for photography while I’m out riding in scenic areas. The customer service has been excellent as well as interaction with Tony in the Facebook group. All of the videos on a variety of topics are super helpful too. I am totally in love with this bike and I think it will be the first one I reach for now! Thanks for an excellent product.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and integrity of the components. This is one solid, well built bike.

I ordered this bike back in November 2022 and have put about 80 miles on the bike in the past 4 months. I am very happy with my Zizzo Urbano. It is a solid bike for a good price. I looked at many folding bikes and narrowed it down to three different bikes including the Zizzo Urbano. I decided to go with this bike because of its low weight and the 8-speed Shimano gears. This bike has definitely met my expectations. This bike is a lot lighter than my previous folding bike and I am really happy with the gears and how they shift. This bike has a nice gear range and it is pretty fast when you get up into the higher gears. I have folded this bike a few times and the folding mechanism is simple and is good so far. The bike looks nice and feels good to ride. The seat that came with the bike is a wider seat and is surprisingly comfortable for a stock bike seat. I may change it for one with more padding though. I've only had a couple problems so far. The first problem is squeaky brakes which is common with other bikes I've owned and not a big deal for me. The other problem is some of the paint flaked off the frame when I was tightening one of the rear axle nuts. I'm not too worried about this either since the frame is aluminum and doesn't rust like steel frame bikes from what I understand.

I wish we had been aware of Zizzo's folding bicycles a long time ago. We would have been able to take them on many of our getaways. The ability to transport and safely stow bicycles in the back of an SUV opens new horizons for us. We're very impressed with the design and build quality, but even more impressed with the level of customer service.

The Zizzo Urbano exceeded expectations. I've only had it out for three rides (one at 15+ miles). The bike rode very smoothly (no twitching) and I was impressed with the ride quality. We do a lot of 30+ mile rides and will try this bike(this was not the planned use - we have hybrid bikes that we are out on a few times a month) on some of our longer rides. It was nice folding the bike to put in the back of the car instead of muscling the the hybrid into the back of the car (and removing the front wheel). We will probably purchase a second one for my wife (she already has two hybrid bikes) for ease of transport for our shorter rides.

I have a red Urbanu that I have had for 3 years. Love it. I use it at our Florida house. Ordered this one; the same, so I will take it home to our Canada house. Zizzo does not ship to Canada. My husband took it apart and it fit into a legal airplane size suitcase. There are a few changes in this bike which I like. The post that lifts the handlebars up and down has a stop on it so it won’t fall out if I raise it too high. The latch where it folds the bike in half is easier?? To undo. This bike is nice because I have neck troubles and I sit up straight, no hunching over. I’m 68 years ago and I ride 10 miles a day. Easier to ride than my cruiser bike. Great company and quick shipping. My neighbours in our senior park in Florida are envious of me And I can still lift it up into our Kia Soul.

It's been raining constantly since I received the bike, but now that the weather is clearing up, I was able to take it on my first ride. Very promising first outing! There's a plastic guard above the chain ring and it's not clear if that's just for shipping or if it's supposed to be there.

We bought an Urbano and a Liberte' and Both bikes are outstanding. The fit, finish and workmanship are great. The instructions for unpacking and pre ride checks both in paper and video forms are very easy to follow and helped us get to know these great bikes. We are very happy campers and are so happy we bought these Zizzo bikes.

I had a Citizen Gotham 24-7 folding bike before and it was good, but it was too big and heavy for me and my car. I really like the size and weight of my ZiZZO Urbano and the ride is more comfortable. I like the way it looks too!

My new Urbano was super well packaged, and shipped across the country for free! The Zizzo videos clearly showed how to unpack, check, and fold the bike. Also, the Zizzo articles on adjustment, repair, and the science behind the bike were very informative. On the phone, Tony was very helpful and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The bike looks and feels more sturdy than I expected. As a tall rider, 6 feet 4 inches, I chose Zizzo because, with the long seat post, I'm assured that I can stretch out my legs and get a good push. Looking forward to riding it when the weather improves.

It's been decades since I've been on a bike, but since getting my Urbano a few weeks ago, I've been riding it daily. I purchased the Urbano with the goal of commuting to work, a four-mile commute that involves a three-mile climb. Any trouble I have with the hills is due to my low fitness level, not the bike; the eight gears offer plenty of options. I'm surprised at how much I like riding this thing. It didn't expect it to be so much fun! It fits me perfectly, and it's easy to maneuver. My living space is small, and so I do fold the bike for storage after every ride; I've encountered no difficulties thus far. Honestly, this thing is turning me into a bike-riding evangelist. :-)

My wife and I bought each other a pair of Urbano's for Christmas. So far we've only ridden them in the neighborhood but are looking forward to bringing them camping in our van when the weather improves. Pretty wet right now! Thanks for the great service!
