ZiZZO Affiliate Program Policy

The ZiZZO Affiliate Program allows participants to earn cash rewards by referring new customers to ZiZZO. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.

Program Eligibility

The ZiZZO Affiliate Program is open to all ZiZZO friends. Participation is free and requires creating an affiliate account.

How the Program Works

• You must sign up and create an affiliate account.
• You will be assigned a unique affiliate link.
• Your affiliate link directs visitors to the ZiZZO website and assigns a tracking cookie to the device.
• Share your affiliate link with friends, family, coworkers, or others.
• When a referred individual makes a qualifying purchase using your link, you become eligible for a cash reward.
• Affiliate purchases must be valid, completed, fully paid, and not returned or canceled.

Examples of Rewards

The following examples are for illustration purposes only. Actual rewards are calculated according to the program’s commission structure.

Example 1: One Bicycle Purchase

• Referred purchase: Bicycle priced at $399 (after discounts)
• Eligible amount: $399 net sale
• Reward: Based on the applicable commission rate
• Payout: After the 60-day completion period, paid on the next 15th of the month

Example 2: Multiple Purchases from Different Customers

• Customer A purchases a bicycle for $349
• Customer B purchases a bicycle for $449
• Customer C purchases a bicycle for $399
• All completed purchases qualify for rewards
• Total reward equals the combined commission from all qualifying net sales

Example 3: Eligible and Non-Eligible Items

• Bicycle purchase: $379
• Accessories: $65
• Shipping: $25
• Only the bicycle and accessory sale ($444) qualifies for rewards

Example 4: Returned Order

• A referred customer returns their bicycle
• The associated reward is reversed
• Any overpaid rewards may be deducted from future payouts

Example 5: Earnings Below Minimum Payout

• Total earned rewards: $75
• Because the minimum payout is $100, earnings roll over to the next period
• Payment is issued once the total reaches $100 or more

Reward Payments

• Commissions are paid by check.
• A 60-day completion period applies to all sales.
• Payments are issued on the 15th of each month.
• The minimum payout threshold is $100.
• Earnings below $100 roll over until the threshold is met.

Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

• Returned or canceled orders are not eligible for rewards.
• Rewards are earned only on completed, fully paid purchases.
• Rewards may be adjusted if order status or charges change.
• Only bicycle and accessory sales qualify for rewards.
• Taxes, labor, shipping, accessories, and other fees do not qualify.

Prohibited Activity

• Using your own affiliate link to make a purchase
• Creating or using multiple accounts to bypass program rules
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity

ZiZZO reserves the right to review affiliate activity and take appropriate action if violations are suspected.

Program Termination and Changes

ZiZZO may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, without prior notice. Policy updates become effective upon posting.
