Terms & Conditions – BFCM Sale

1. Promotion Period

This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is valid only for purchases made during the designated Black Friday through Cyber Monday period (the “Promotional Period”; 11/21-12/8). Orders placed before or after this window are not eligible for the Promotion.

2. Eligibility and Application

This Promotion applies only to new orders placed during the Promotional Period. It cannot be applied to:
• Orders placed prior to the start of the Promotional Period
• Orders placed after the Promotional Period has ended
• Any modification, cancellation, or reordering of previous purchases to qualify for the Promotion

3. Price Match / Price Guarantee Restrictions

This Promotion is not subject to any existing price-match or “30-day price guarantee” policy.
Purchases made before or outside the Promotional Period are not eligible for price adjustments, credits, or retroactive application of promotional pricing.

4. Non-Cumulative and Other Offers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, sale, or promotional offer. Promotional pricing applies only to the prices advertised during the Promotional Period.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Our standard return and exchange policies apply to all products purchased during this Promotion, except where expressly modified by these Terms. Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on the actual purchase price paid during the Promotional Period.

6. Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, error, system malfunction, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through our usual customer-service channels or website updates.

7. Governing Law and Other Conditions

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise specified, all standard sales terms—including those relating to eligibility, shipping, taxes, and handling—remain in effect.
This Promotion is valid only for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
