Pretty much as expected at this price. I'll note that the bike is advertised as fitting riders as short as 4' 9" tall. I'm 5' 2" tall and the reach is too long, even with the handle post inserted slightly less than the minimum amount.

This is my second Ferro (I sold the first), and it comes with the upgraded latch. The first Ferro sometimes folded while riding because the latch would loosen, often as a result of the small release that you took in at the end (not my favorite design, but the bike was only $200 something). It's a good no-frills bike that is super cheap and good quality for that price, if you occasionally bike on flat terrain to the market. The gearing is good for flat terrain, and the gearing was spaced correctly (i.e. the shifter works as expected, unlike the Liberté I bought alongside this Ferro). I had to adjust the rear brake a little bit, which is a common manufacturing variation. Otherwise, it rides like the older Ferro, with the chain rattling against the frame or something else when on the lowest gear.

Zizzo was great! I ordered two bikes online with a message that delivery date was very important. Quickly got a call from Janie who confirmed my order and delivery address and got the order out that day. Cali to Florida in 4 days. Had a service issue on one of the bikes and quickly got a call from Beau in service who made arrangements with a local bike shop who took care of my issue in prompt manner. And this was for two of their base model bikes! Spectacular sales and service. And what I liked most was it was a very personal experience. Both Janie and Beau made me feel like my bikes were about to hit the Tour DE France.

A solid bike, of course you can’t compare it to a non folding bike. Rides pretty nice for its size. Only complaint I have is that is creeks because the fork is not a solid once piece. Overall I would buy it again if I had to.

This is a wonderful little bike! The quality is amazing for the price! The shifting is smooth and accurate. It folds up and sets up in seconds! It’s light and easy to pack away in your trunk!
The storage bags is good quality and great for keeping debris and such out of your trunk when storing it for transport!

My wife and I bought two ferro 2024s and we are very satisfied with them. We are both in our seventies and looking for lightweight easy to handle bikes to throw in the back of our jeep and transport to the many parks in our area. The ferro is perfect for us and we intend to put many enjoyable miles on them.
