Here is a new convenient feature!
All of ZiZZO by EuroMini folding bicycles are feature with seat post end-cap.
This end-cap will prevent the seat post from scratching the floor when folded.

Great question and typically, the seatpost is a great place for a bike to “lose” some weight! ;-)
However, with folding bikes, there is a little more strength built into the seatpost because of how long it has to extend.
Unfortunately, we do not have a recommendation for third party seatposts.
If you do find a seatpost that is lighter, do make sure it is designed for and works with folding bikes.
