Unfold and Ride Now or Hit the Road for RV and Campsite Fun with the Most Travel Ready Bike Ever Made
One of the biggest hassles of any trip this summer? Packing and preparation, right? It always seems there’s too much gear and too little space in the truck, the car or the RV whether it’s a quick weekend break or the great American road trip out west. To help lighten the load but still pack maximum fun, this month ZiZZO introduces the 2021 ZiZZO ultimate summer bike: available in bold new colors, with off road tires and designed to fold as small as a backpack when it’s time to hit any road.
“We designed ZiZZO with ultimate summer fun on the top of our must do list,” says Henry Hon, co-founder, ZiZZO bikes. “That means three things: it’s got to fold small, so it never gets left behind and goes where you go – every time. It’s got to be light and zippy on the road and in your hand if you’re carrying it, and it must ride like a big bike. We’re pretty sure, we nailed all three and that ZiZZO is ready for anything you and summer bring its way.”
Whether you’re packing for the road, or zipping around at the campsite or beach, ZiZZO folding bikes are made to fold and unfold quickly in a few easy steps. A magnetic lock and quick release levers allow you to snap and unsnap the bike’s frame, seatpost and handlebars into place in just seconds, and then fold and lock everything tight when it’s time to pack it away. No struggling with tools or lifting a heavy bike onto a roof rack either. As ZiZZO packs tight into small spaces, just throw it into the car or truck with a backpack and sleeping bag and get going.
ZiZZO bikes employ more than 30 years of best-practices in folding bike design with some modern enhancements: a comfortable, upright riding position for any age; maximum adjustability without the need for tools, meaning everyone from kids to adults in the family can enjoy them. Standard features also include 7- and 8-speed Shimano drivetrains, all-aluminum alloy frames (except steel frame for the Ferro model), aluminum alloy double wall rims, standard size 20-inch BMX wheels, fat all terrain tires (narrower tires on Liberte); and additional aluminum components that are used on lighter models.
The collection includes six models from the ultra-light 23 lbs. Liberte (the lightest bike for the money) to the Forte, uniquely built for riders up to 300lbs. Other ZiZZO’s include the Via with fenders for all-weather performance; feature-rich 8-speed Urbano; and popular Campo and Ferro models. Prices start at just $229.99 for the Ferro and up to no more than $450.00 for the Liberte. All models are geared to ride easy and fast both up and down hills and are designed for quick and simple fold/unfold operation.
“All of our bikes use off road, pre-inflated tires, comfort seats and handlebars configured for upright, easy go-anywhere riding ,” adds Henry Hon, co-founder ZiZZO. “You might not want to ride the Tour de France on a ZiZZO but you will be ready for the fun of the beach, campsites, parks and anywhere summer points you.”
