This policy explains how ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping works, which orders qualify, and what to expect regarding processing times, delivery, and carrier limitations.
ZiZZO Express™ is designed to provide fast, predictable delivery on most ZiZZO bikes without requiring any membership or subscription. While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet these timeframes, all delivery estimates are subject to carrier performance and external conditions.
ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping is available on most ZiZZO bikes shipped to addresses within the Contiguous United States.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Most orders arrive within 2 business days after shipment, but delivery times may vary due to factors outside ZiZZO Bikes’ control.
The following terms govern ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping for eligible orders. By placing an order that utilizes ZiZZO Express™, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to our general website terms and conditions.
This ZiZZO Express™ Shipping Policy applies only to ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping services for eligible orders placed on zizzo.bike and shipped within the Contiguous United States.
This policy does not replace or limit any other applicable terms, including our general Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy, or Return Policy, which should be read together with this policy.
Most ZiZZO bikes qualify for ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping. Eligibility is determined by ZiZZO Bikes and may vary by product, inventory status, or shipping destination. Most accessories do not qualify for ZiZZO Express Shipping.
Certain oversized, special-order, or restricted products may not qualify.
ZiZZO Bikes reserves the right to modify which items qualify at any time.
ZiZZO Express™ does not require any separate membership, subscription, or paid program. All customers who place eligible orders to qualified destinations automatically receive ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping subject to this policy.
We strive to process and ship ZiZZO Express™ orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:
Processing times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, inventory verification, payment authorization, or other operational needs.
ZiZZO Express™ is designed to deliver eligible orders within 2 business days after shipment to addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays arising from circumstances outside of ZiZZO Bikes’ control do not constitute grounds for reimbursement, refund, or special compensation.
ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping is available only for orders shipped to addresses within the Contiguous United States.
ZiZZO Express™ does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Standard or alternative shipping options, with different rates and delivery times, may be available for locations outside the Contiguous U.S. and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Once your order has shipped, ZiZZO Bikes will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier.
You are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and being available to receive the package or arranging for appropriate delivery options.
Any questions regarding tracking scans or carrier routing should first be checked with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time the order is placed.
Due to our fast-processing times, changes to the shipping address may not be possible once an order is submitted.
If you need to request an address change, contact us immediately at support@zizzo.bike or by phone at 866-788-2202. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed.
ZiZZO Bikes is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, or if a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to ZiZZO Bikes, the package may be processed as a return.
ZiZZO Bikes will review the reason for return and contact you with available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment to a new or corrected address.
Any refund, replacement, or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy and Warranty Policy, as applicable.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, transit time and delivery performance are primarily the responsibility of the carrier. ZiZZO Bikes does not control carrier operations.

Delays in delivery arising from circumstances outside of ZiZZO Bikes’ control do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges (if any), product price adjustments, or special compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
ZiZZO Bikes may modify, suspend, or discontinue ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including changing eligibility requirements, service areas, or applicable terms.
We may also update this Shipping Policy periodically. The version posted on zizzo.bike at the time you place your order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page regularly for the most current information.
