Thank you for purchasing a ZiZZO Bike. At ZiZZO Bikes, we try to ensure that all our bikes are shipped in 100% working order and ready to ride. While maintaining a robust Q/C program we understand that there may be shipping damage or manufacture defects. We want to make sure that your warranty claim is as easy and seamless as possible. All claims for warranty work must begin by filling our this form. Once submitted, claims will be reviewed. You will be contacted regarding your claim within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: All Warranty work performed by outside shops, parts purchased, labor charges and other fees associated with any warranty work, must have prior authorization from ZiZZO Bike's Warranty Department for any reimbursement to be credited. Warranty covers only bikes sold and used within the Contiguous USA.
ZiZZO reserves the right to switch out the different replacement parts if needed.
