ZIZZO Bikes has been able to continue selling bikes and bike accessories during the COVID Pandemic despite various obstacles. One which continues and seems to be getting worse is the shipping issue. All carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx continue to have slower transit times due to increased volume and lower staffing.
Similar to other businesses across the country, ZiZZO has been experiencing a rise in customer feedback and hardships from those having to deal with unforeseen delays in receiving their orders. Per The Business Insider, “FedEx says it's rerouting more than 600,000 packages a day because it can't find enough staff to process them.” View article here.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be delayed for more than several days. Because of the potential delays, please plan accordingly and give yourself some extra time for sensitive events, like birthdays, holidays, trips, etc.
