Helpful Tips:

• Use a fan to help keep cool. When riding indoors, you do not have the benefit of a cooling breeze. The fan would help!
• Use a mat or towel under your trainer. The mat or towel will help pick up any sweat that may end up on your nice clean floor. The mat or towel will also help keep tire dust on from ending up on the floor.
• Wipe down your bike after. If you do sweat the salt from your sweat can cause rusting on certain parts of your bike. Wiping it up will prevent this.
• Do not over tighten the resistance dial on your handlebar. Over tightening can result in damage.

All refurbished trainers are fully inspected, adjusted and certified. Refurbished trainers may have some minor cosmetic blemishes but are fully functional and ready to ride. Refurbished trainers may have some component changes in order to make the trainer fully functional.
