RETURN INFORMATION

The team at ZiZZO hopes that you enjoy your new ZiZZO bikes for years to come. We feel we’ve engineered a bike that is perfect for everyone. If you’ve purchased a ZiZZO and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the bike; no questions asked*. Please contact us at support@zizzo.bike or you can call us at +1(866)788-2202 if you have any questions, comment, concerns or would like to start the return process.

Please note, our normal business hours are M-F 10 am to 5 pm PST.

Please note that the end user is responsible for shipping charges for all returns.  (We can provide discount shipping return label upon request.)

ZiZZO Bikes returned because of parts changes are considered "Satisfaction" Returns and and fall under the 30 day return policy.

What are the terms of the 30 day guarantee?

Returns must me made within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and in original condition.

No abuse, damage or neglect. (Slight signs of use ok).

How do I return?

Please fill out Return Authorization Form by clicking link in above.

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Please make sure to return all items that were originally shipped including but not limited to: Manuals, tools, instructions, charging cables and/or small parts.

 

Are there any charges for return*?

There are no restocking charges for returns within 30 days of receiving your order*. There will be refurbishment and/or labor charges for returns after 30 days of receiving your order. The charges will very, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Please note: deductions may be made to your refund if the bike was received damaged due to improper repacking and/or return shipping damage.

Customers wanting to return their bikes because of warranty concerns must follow all warranty procedures (including but not limited to: repair and/or replacement of parts). If you choose to return the bike and forgo the warranty process, shipping charges may not be waived. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any parts needing to be replaced, additional servicing work and/or shipping damage may incur a service charge.

You are responsible for any charges associated with returning the product.  

+ZiZZO reserves the right to switch out the different replacement parts if needed.

 

What if the order is RTS?
(Returned To Sender; no return authorization initiated)

If your order is returned to sender because of incorrect shipping address, recipient refusal or other "customer related" reasons, both outbound and inbound shipping fees will be assessed and deducted from your order's refund totals.
If the reason for RTS was outside of the customer's control, no shipping fees will be assessed and a full refund will be issued. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.  

* For return request AFTER the 30 day trial period, please note:  There will be a restocking fee of $50 per bike and a 15% restocking fee for all accessories.

-Any parts needing to be replaced, additional servicing work and/or other charges may apply.

-Any return request after the 30 day trial period will need to be approved prior to shipping the bike and/or refund being processed.
