I researched and debated among several full-sized bikes and the Zizzo. The Zizzo won out, and it fills my needs; light, portable and easy to ride.

This bike is amazing! I live in a small apartment in a big city. Space is tight but the bike folds up and sits perfectly. It’s light weight so I’m able to carry it up and down the stairs without any problems. Fits great in the car too. Seat and handlebars are super easy to adjust and it’ rides great.

It’s been a little more than a week but I have to say the ease of opening and folding the bike along with its very light body is something that has been well thought of here.
The seat and handle bars can be raised and lowered so easily. Gear change is smooth. Brakes are strong and tires give a good grip and feel.
The order fulfillment was quick and easy with fast delivery. It was essentially a brand new bike(refurbished).

I bought a refurbished black/red VIA. It came very well wrapped which was a good thing because the box had a large gouge in it. All the protective wrapping saved the day and the bike. It arrived quickly. I watched the start up videos, learned how to unfold and then to again fold my new bike. I've been riding daily since it arrived. Riding my VIA is amazingly effortless. Gears shift easily. Tires do a great job on the trails and the dirt tracks, small pebbles are a problem as the tires tend to jump back and forth as they navigate through the pebbles. Brakes are good, I ride a few hills. I have ordered the comfort saddle as the original saddle was uncomfortable which caused me to end my rides sooner than I would have liked. Totally recommend the VIA as it's well built and a great ride as well as easy to lift at only 28#. Customer service is terrific too!

UGH - I WANT to love the bike, but it turns out that getting it into a bag and struggling up the steep stairs of the Chicago Metra train -- which has poles that make getting the bike onto the train a complete pain -- is too much. I tried it for several days, and am done with the struggle and am buying into the local Divvy bike share.
The bike itself seems good. Wish I had a reason to have it. Thanks!

Purchased this as an alternative to putting a bike rack on my wife's crossover suv - so glad I did! This is the nicest bike I own - it's so quiet and smooth, and now we don't have to use my gas eating truck to take our bikes on trips! I also like that it will fit in a large contractor bag to keep it out of the elements if it has to be left outside on overnight trips.

This bike is working better as I tweak the adjustments of the seat and handlebar height. The number one thing I love is how convenient it is to take this bike to the park or trail. I'm riding more because it's not such a giant pain to put my big heavy (but really nice) Marin bike on the back of my little car. (I won't ride in traffic at all, after years as an EMT, and seeing too many bike vs. car or vs. truck accidents.)
The only negative is that I can't get the bike to coast really well. If I build up good speed on a flat road, or even slightly down hill, then stand and coast, the bike slows down pretty quickly. (I weigh 145, so I don't think it's my weight only.) I'm going to call customer service to see if there's anything to be done about that. If it would coast like a big bike, I would be perfectly happy. But, bottom line, I'm happy, especially because I'm just riding more.

Love them, Got the Forte and Via for me and my wife. They're perfect for traveling full time since they're super compact. You don't feel like you're giving up anything with this type of bike as compared to a full size bike, in fact these feel more fun since their more nimble than a standard size bike etc.

We purchased two Via bikes for my husband and I in May. Zizzo delivered our bikes in a timely manner. The bikes are easy to assemble and we are able to fit both the bikes in the trunk of our Honda Fit with room for our backpacks. This is my first bike and I am enjoying the beautiful summer weather in Northern California and the bike trails. We love our Via bikes.

I recently bought a refurbished Via as an early birthday present for my wife - with the intention of ordering a second one for myself in the near future. So far, we can't say enough good things about it and the build quality is really impressive (especially for the price). In fact, it seems to be built almost as well as the 20" Schwinn I had as a kid in the early 60s! Everything is tight and it has a very sturdy feel to it and, although "refurbished", it could easily pass for brand new. Not a mark on it and no adjustments were necessary out of the box! Anyway, she loves it. Although I personally don't care for the black spokes, she thinks they look fine. This is a snapshot during her first test ride. We hope to be riding together soon after I decide which model to buy for myself. The only minor worry I have is how well the various hinges & latches will hold up after repeated foldings and unfoldings. Thanks to Zizzo for a superior product (and truly excellent packaging) and an exceptional customer service department.

This is a solid little bike at a great price. I was looking for a folding bike that I could take on driving trips, to do local exploring. It's a great compromise of size, weight, and price, and is well-made. The folding mechanism works well, the fat tires help with rougher surfaces, it has mounting points for a water bottle/locks, and I can even fit it in the back of a small aircraft for flying trips.

I live in Long Beach New York we have a boardwalk on the ocean it is 2.2 miles long . I bought the via model it looks great and rides like a full size bike. I take this bike with me to Florida fits in any car easy to un pack and unfold and you are ready to ride in minutes. What a deal: I keep inspecting this "refurbished" bike for any signs of usage, but I can't find any. It looks and feels just like a brand-new bike.
