Perfect for commuting.

I was looking for a folding bike to take on trips without making a major investment. After research, I found several alternatives, most too expensive, but then there was Zizzo. I was skeptical, mostly because they were significantly cheaper than others. I researched further, reading reviews then sending MULTIPLE emails and getting each one answered...even follow up phone calls. Janie at Zizzo provided amazing support...so I took the leap and purchased a refurbed Urbano. I had two small issues (squeaks), watched the self help videos and all is good.
I absolutely love the bike, the quality is even better than I expected so...I just purchased my second Zizzo for my wife, a new Urbano (it was perfect out of the box).
The difference with Zizzo is not only the quality for the price, but their fantastic customer service (thank you again Janie!).

Good value . Very lightweight. Folds nicely . Shifter works well. Brakes work well . No adjustments needed out of box . Competitively priced. Had a few scratches but expected with gently used bike . Rides nice but not appropriate for significant off-road use .

I almost bought a used folding bike that is much more expensive than Zizzo. Fortunately I saw some YouTube videos that convinced me to buy a Zizzo Urbano instead. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The refurbished bike arrived in perfect condition and adjustment right out of the box. It was 34 degrees and snowing but I was immediately impressed by the ride quality, the braking and the ability to shift gears while wearing ski mitts. The standard components used on my bike will make it easy to replace anything in the future even though I’m completely satisfied with it as it is. Zizzo is excellent in every way; support, communication and available accessories.

After a screwup about the shipping address, it arrived in a box without any instructions about how to put it together or how to take care of it. It is quite sturdy, and I'm hoping once it stops snowing where I live to use it.
It fits in the trunk of my car which is why I bought it. It is light weight which is why I bought it. And it seems to be of high quality components which is why I bought it.
I'm hoping that instructions about how to easily break it down, and use it are on their web site.

The Urbano is so light and great for getting over all the potholes where I live. I use it to commute in the city and it's SO FUN. I highly recommend it for folks looking for a folding bike.

The quality exceeded my expectation and the minor difficulty I had was answered very quickly, friendly and helpfully by Zizzo (on the same day). The refurbished quality of the bike seemed like a brand new bike and I could find no defect so as being cost conscious, I especially appreciated that as well. This the first folding bike I've had and the Urbano is great for me (75) and even climbing small hills seemed to require the approx. same effort as my full size higher geared bike does, so yes I like the 8 gears that the Urbano has. It's also great to be able to fold, put in the trunk and go or to easily and out of the way bring in to the house, or store on the porch for quick access.

The bike is great! However the front brake screeches and the rear brake is a bit loud. Looks like I'll have to do some googling..

I don't regret this purchase at all. I bought the refurbished model but can't for the life of me see anything that would make me think it was once a lemon. This has rekindled my interest in biking and I could easily see this being the only bike one would need .

I'm very happy with m Zizzo Urbano bike--I just went for another five mile ride this morning, and this bike is lighter, more comfortable, and more maneuverable than the full-sized bike I used previously. The frame is strong, the brakes work well, the folding hinges and the adjustments for the seat post and handlebar post all work easily. The wider tires on the Urbano provide greater traction and stability on off-road segments of my routes. It doesn't have wings, but if I can find E.T. I won't need them.

My wife and I love these bikes! We just bought full size bikes also and are now considering giving them away we like our "Zizzo Urbana's" so much. The staff answered all my questions patiently. Then we bought and are VERY PLEASED! THANKS!!

Being a refurbished bike I had reservations. But from the moment I opened the box I was surprised to see it looked new. It was expertly packed in a double box. It’ll be a great traveling bike to go with our Airstream. It’s quality is better than I expected. Rides smoothly and is responsive.

Let me just say that in the 5-6 months that I purchased my refurbished Urbano, I have found it more than exceptional for my everyday commute. Aside from some loose parts that had to be tightened when it came out of the box, this bike is quite durable, on top of riding smoothly in urban and suburban areas. The folding mechanism is also easy to understand and is a godsend when I need to store it in the workplace. All in all, I do recommend this bike to anyone who wishes to buy a folding bike, but do not wish to break the bank.

Light weight, great design and very sturdy. The Urbano Folds up small enough to put in the car So we can enjoy outdoor bike rides all together as a family.

67 year old guy here. Wanted a bike to throw in my trunk and ride in Manhattan. Better than expected. Rides like a full size bike.
