Well packaged, received quickly. It’s way sturdier than I expected and you can literally adapt it to any 20 inch wheeler, I have it on a Dahon Mariner D8 currently!
The trolley wheels are spot on for their placement and sizes (they are industrial grade) and makes rolling the bike on the train station so easy hence making the folding really usable in this kind of mixed commute scenarios. They could easily be serviced and replaced if need be.
The rack is great and works better with paniers than my original rack since some of the tubing extends toward the back so that the panier contacts fully with the rack. This makes them very stable on it.
Note that the bike will lean on one side, that’s by design for balancing the folded bike and doesn’t hinder anything. It’s worth noting since it wasn’t indicated on the pictures and webpage (it is however written in the instructions received with the rack).

Took some effort to line up the top forward holes, but went together nicely. Rolls and turns like a four-wheeled suitcase. Very nice for those of us who do not enjoy lifting it.

Wonderful. One screw did strip because I over tightened it so be careful there, but really easy to put on. Makes going in and out of my office so much easier.

I bought this to install on my Zizzo Campo for my upcoming trip in a couple of months. It's a very sturdy rack, and the caster wheels are well made, better than expected actually. There are even "brakes" on two of the wheels! BUT...the arms of the rack did not line up properly to the holes on the bike. I had to carefully, gently bend them with channellocks to get them into position. Not an easy task. But it's now installed properly and working out great. Otherwise I would've given it five stars.

I needed a flat rack that would fit a basket I already had. This rack is just wide enough and plenty long to accommodate my basket. The rollers are just an extra bonus. Love that I can stand it up on the end and check the deraileur and gearing or just stand it on the rollers while getting ready to put it in my van. Great product!

At Christmas time, arrived only 4 days after I ordered it. It is easy to install and doesn't add much weight to my Liberté bike, which is important since I have to carry it up and down a flight of stairs, to my 2nd story apartment and it is still under the weight I am allowed to carry do to a slipped disc in my back. I need to take it with me on Amtrak train at Christmas time and it will now be easy to roll it up the isle of the train to the luggage rack. I don't need to make a special reservation for my bike, since I can carry it on as luggage. I am going to attach it to my rolling backpack so I can roll them at the same time.

Exactly what I was expecting and more. Got it for my Forte because I have added some accessories and it can feel heavy when carrying it at work because it is a long distance. Now I can just push it around with no issues. Also, love the fact that the rack part is completely flat and not raised at the beginning like the original one. Now the bag I have fits a lot better.

I just put it on yesterday. The rolling bike rack was easy to install and is a nice addition to my ZiZZO Liberte folding bike.
Yet this rack doesn't add significantly to the weight or volume of the bike. When folded up, the bike + rack still fits into the cargo bag I bought for transport.

So convenient!! It was super easy to install and having the rack wheels to roll it while it’s folded is a game changer. It’s a little awkward to bend down and roll it but I’m 5’3” and it’s not bad. Two of the wheels on the rack lock in place so it doesn’t roll away, very helpful. Sometimes the rack wheels rattle/make noise when riding the bike, especially when you hit a bump, but it’s not too noticeable. I highly recommend - overall very satisfied!
