I absolutely love this bike. I have the Via. I take it camping. It folds easily and that makes it very easy to transport. Its also a beautiful color! My wife and I have the Euro folding bike. We wanted a rack to carry a bag for locks and water. As the Zizzo rack was already sized for the bike and as other racks we checked appeared to come without mounting bolts/screws we decided to go with the Zizzo rack. The rack was easily installed. The bag fits quite well. And, we are both pleased with its engineering, looks and utility.

My wife and I both have Zizzo Via bikes. I ordered the rear racks because they were specifically designed for Zizzo bikes. I watched the video on YouTube and was ready to install. In our case, it was actually easier than the video. Our Vias already had screws installed in the mounting holes. They were silver colored screws and I used them instead of the included black screws. The video required the screws to be run into the frame before adding the rack because of the paint that was sprayed into the holes. Not necessary for ours. It took me less than five minutes to install.
The instruction sheet said something about pre-bending a part that was confusing to me. Maybe that is for non-Zizzo brands. Just watch the Zizzo video and you'll have no problems.

Great bike rack! It was out of stock when my Zizzo Urbano folding bike arrived last year, and the universal Schwinn model I installed at the time has since broke at a weld spot. Can’t go wrong with Zizzo products….now I’m contemplating the e-bike kit for my Urbano model!

My friend and I both bought zizzos and are packing them up to fly from America to Italy for a two week cycling holiday through Puglia. So excited to ride my zizzo bike in Italy. I needed a small rear rack to hold a small bag. This is an almost perfect fit. The rack needed adjusting with a small crescent wrench, but the instructions said that it might be necessary to do so. Your customer service folks are outstanding, and I really enjoy my Via bike. Thanks to all of you at Zizzo.

Had quite a time mounting the rack, but finally got there in the end. Only 3 of the 4 screws were the correct size and One of the holes wasn't quite aligned with mounting arm. While the instructions did mention the possible need to bend to fit, it was a bit more challenging than I had the tools for.

My wife and I travel with two Zizzo folding bikes in the rear storage compartment of our RV, and we find the bike racks a necessity. When the rack for our second bike arrived, one of the rack's rear arms was slightly bent which was caused by the carrier. Normally the racks need a little encouragement to fit onto the bike properly, however, because of the slightly bent arm it was a little more difficult to align both sides of the rack with the holes on the bike's frame. However, it was nothing which could not be overcome by simply replacing the rack's rear screws with longer ones so as I screwed them in, they pulled the rack's arm into the frame for a perfect fit. The reflector plate on the rack also needs a little bending to fit over the fender but again it is not difficult to accomplish. I was able to bend it with my hands but someone else my need to gently tap the plate with a rubber mallet. With just a small amount of ingenuity and effort both racks now fit perfectly on our bikes. Just add two bungee cords to hold things in place and the racks are a great asset for those short trips to the grocery store.

This rear rack looks nice and is worth having. It even comes with an area to install a small bike license plate. I think the manufacturing can be improved in terms of how it aligns with the holes on the bike where it screws in to the frame. The holes on the bike rack are not well aligned when you are installing it on the bike. I was able to get mine installed without too much trouble though, and someone from Zizzo did let me know about this issue and gave me tips for my installation which I appreciated.

I was really happy with the quality of the product. What would be better is coverage of the wheels. My pannier bags has to be so far back, so I can avoid the heel kicking, but the bag is so close to touching the wheel.

This rack is extremely sturdy! I wouldn’t hesitate to put more than the rated weight limit on it. It also has a built-in mounting plate on the back for attaching a light. It was very easy to install with the included bolts and it fit perfectly, no bending or modification needed.

The bike is s awesome. Did some stuff to make it mine. I own 5 bikes and ride this all the time. My only negative remark is that nasty coated chain it sucks. I replaced it with an sram chain. Feel bad for someone who gets a flat and never realized what was on the chain. Need to give options on the chain. I tossed that piece of nasty crap.

Perfect fit on my liberte! Definitely need to be aware of what you're mounting on it. My Ortlieb bag is compatible, but it does need to be positioned all the way to the back so I'm not leaning on it while I ride. Exceeded my expectations for its cost!

This is light weight and says it can hold 50 lbs, which is a TON of weight. I was impressed by the paint job, the light weight and the overall look. It adds some function to this bike which I'm really excited about. The only thing I didn't like was that the screws were difficult to turn into place. Perhaps I was cross threading them, but I don't think so. Maybe it was the black finish that was making them tight. The bonus is these suckers aren't coming out on their own.

Zizzzo rear bike rack is designed to fit perfectly using original 20” bike frame. I observed other accessories will also fit the frame. The polished rack is lightl, strong using 4 small bolts (included) for installation. I am confident close tolerances are used for accessories.

Once it was installed, it is GREAT! It is the installation that was a hassle. With only 4 bolts, it should have taken <5 minutes to install, but, the holes don’t align with the holes on the bike. It took >45 minutes of fighting and cussing to get the thing attached.

We have Topek bike bags and found that they fit well on the rack using a bungee cord after the latch on the bag had been secured under the front rack bar under the seat. We intended to get an topek adaptor for the rack, but this arrangement seems to secure our current bags to the rack without an adaptor. The Zizzo bike rack fits well to the bike frame and works well when the bike is collapsed for transport. We are very happy with the results and that we can still us our current bike bags without adaptors.

I bought this for a tandem trail-a-bike that my oldest two children will ride for going to school and other rides. The rack will be used to carrier panniers with their own school backpacks (currently I'm taking one kid on a single-seat trail-a-bike with school backpack in my own panniers).
It fits wonderfully well and looks exactly like it was made for this trail-a-bike. It will have some fantastic praise after a year or two of school commuting to confirm it serves the function I need from it.
I'm not going to update my review at a later time unless there is a catastrophic failure; if the review remains, it must be serving as expected.

It's an okay bike rack and it fits perfectly on my Urbano. I was disappointed that it did not come with bungee cords, clamps, or any other way to clamp down cargo on the top of the rack. If you plan on using this rack to carry a lock or anything else, you will need to get paniers or at the very least a couple of bungee cords.

The rack instructions were good. It’s very important to lube not only the bolts but also the frame nuts. Would suggest instructions state preinstalling the bolts without the frame to confirm the threads are good. Also, I received 4 bolts 2 of which were shorter than the other 2. It was obvious where they went but no instructions were provided.

I love the rack and it’s very sturdy also. I pretty much bought all the accessories I could for my Urbano. I love the look of the bike with the rack. I’m very happy overall with the rack and the bike itself. This is my first folding bike I’ve bought or ever ridden. I love it, so smooth and it definitely doesn’t ride like any “non folding bike”. My girlfriend also bought one for herself and her son after riding, and checking out mine. Very good product. I’d recommend the Zizzo folding bikes to anyone.
