20" Rear Rim for Urbano or 2023 Forte (no gear cassette)(8-speed)

I wanted to convert my 7 speed freehub on my first gen Forte to 8/9/10 speed, and I was having trouble removing the freehub from the hub, so I asked support if they could help me. They said I should either take it to a bike shop or they could offer me a wheel from the new Forte for a very reasonable $60, so I took them up on the new wheel for a great price. The wheel was perfect and much easier. Great support experience all around.
