Please choose the specific item you are claiming and click on that link. Currently, you can file a claim for your bike, e-bike and/or eBike Kit.

There is one Service form for ALL model bikes; both electric and traditional.
The other Service form is for the electric (e-Kit) only.

What does the warranty claim process look like; what should I expect?

If you have a concern about your ZiZZO Product, the first thing you will want to do is reach out to our Customer service Team by email at support@zizzo.bike OR by phone at 866-788-2202.

Our agents will ask for images, videos and/or recordings to help diagnose the issue.
Once we have determined this is a valid warranty claim, the agent will ask that you file a service claim form. Sometimes, an agent may ask that you file a service form AND attach the documentation to the form.
Please note that filing a service form does not guarantee warranty coverage.

Once we have the form submission, we typically will proceed in one of two directions:

Self-Repair: If the concerns minor and can be readily addressed at home, we will send you parts and/or guidance on how to resolve the concerns.

Third Party Repair: If the solution is too technical, we will reach out to a local bike shop to assist with the repair.
Please note that if we need to go through a third party, we will take care of the initial contact, scheduling and payment. All you should need to do is drop off the bike and then pick it up when the shop is done.

Please note: Warranty coverage only covers bikes sold and used within the Contiguous USA. ZiZZO Warranty coverage does not cover bikes outside this geographic area.
