Thank you for purchasing a ZiZZO Bike. At ZiZZO Bikes, we try to ensure that all our bikes are shipped in 100% working order and ready to ride. While maintaining a robust Q/C program we understand that there may be shipping damage or manufacture defects. We want to make sure that your service claim is as easy and seamless as possible. To begin your claim, please take a moment to fill out the following form. You can also visit our Support page for help.

All claims for service work must begin by filling out this form. Once submitted, claims will be reviewed. You will be contacted regarding your claim within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: All service work performed by outside shops, parts purchased, labor charges and other fees associated with any service work, must have prior authorization from ZiZZO Bike's Service Department for any reimbursement to be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranty coverage only covers bikes sold and used within the Contiguous USA. ZiZZO Warranty coverage does not cover bikes outside this geographic area.

Submission of claim form does not guarantee approval of claim.

 

ZiZZO reserves the right to switch out the different replacement parts if needed.
