Zizzo is an awesome company. My bike was packed well and arrived in excellent condition. I have been customizing my bike and every time I call the support line they are helpful, polite and always available I.e. no voice mail. I have actually turned my bike into a 24 speed and I tour with it. People are amazed. I'm glad that I found Zizzo. Ciao!

It looks to me like these fenders were designed for the larger tyres of a Forte. They seem just a bit big on the thinner tyres of the Liberte - like my pants after I've lost weight. That said, they went on easily and do their job well (the fenders - not the pants).

4/5 star love the bicycle, however the screws nuts and bolt do require attention maintenance. I ride mostly on the street for the smooth ride but I do feel every vibration from bumps and uneven street, I ride a 95 PSI for a little more cushion as a form of suspension. I wish Liberte came with shock absorber stock, I would gladly pay more if it came with stock suspension for front and back wheel. I fell in love with the foldable aspect to store in the trunk of my car

I just got back from riding my Liberte on the bike trails around the Grand Canyon after getting there on Amtrak. I installed the fenders after I got home, just in time for the California Hurricane!

The fenders are fine but like another youtuber said these nuts seems like the are welded on it took me nearly half and hour get of the the back ones, and the front I could not remove one of the bolts no matter what I did. It was a good thing the front fender cound be installed without removing the wheel. That's my only complaint so far.

I’ve been using this bike to commute to the gym and it’s been solid. My bike needed adjustments out the box I recommend getting a setup if you don’t know what you’re doing besides that It’s a great bike!

Love these fenders on my Urbano. I wanted the lighter weight of the Urbano but wanted fenders for riding in wet or damp conditions. I hate having a wet streak up my bike from riding on wet trails or roads. The fenders will definitely help and they are lightweight with a nice design. They look great!

I actually installed these fenders on my 20" folding e-bike. I had to fabricate a small metal bracket for one of the rear fender mounts, but otherwise they worked perfectly. Easy install, and they look great.

The fenders fit perfectly. I have already been through a wet trail and the fenders protected me. Installation of the front was straight forward (did not have to take the wheel off). The back fender had to have the wheel removed - not a big issue - the rear wheel bearings were a little tight to I took the opportunity to adjust them.

I ordered these fenders for my Urbano. They work better than not having fenders, but my feet still get wet if there are lots of puddles. I don't know if that's normal or not (this is my first set of fenders and I've done very little bike riding in general). My three-star rating has to do in part with the enclosed assembly instructions. They were not written with novices in mind, and the printed photos aren't legible (tip: the online pdf is easier to see, something I discovered only after the fact). Zizzo's video on the assembly process is, unfortunately, not helpful if you're a novice at this sort of thing -- not at all up to par with the "Getting started" series of videos that walk users through the unboxing, etc. The fender installation video is four years old according to YouTube, so hopefully they'll shoot a new one soon, ideally with novices in mind. I will say this: I did feel accomplished after successfully completing the installation, and the process gave me practice taking the wheels off and putting them back on. Consequently, I won't feel intimidated making other modifications to my Urbano/change a flat, etc.

I love the fenders! I nearly bought the Forte because it comes with fenders and a rack; however, I wanted a lighter bike. The wait for the fenders was agonizing, but... the wait is OVER! I love them. Their purpose and how they look. GORGEOUS! Oh, and I thought the price was reasonable.

I am very impressed with the quality of the Zizzo bikes. I bought five (yes, five) of the refurbished Zizzo Libertes for my family. We were seriously considering buying titanium Bromptons at nearly five times the price, and I'm glad to say that the Zizzos have more than met every need we had. They are well-designed, rock solid, comfortable, and ride well. The Libertes are every bit as light as the titanium Bromptons and have 8 (external) speeds vs. 6 (internal) speeds on the Brompton.
They ride like upright city/hybrid bikes, so don't expect a fit or feel like racing bike or full-sized touring bike (I have both). But, they are very comfortable and perfect for a day's casual cycling. We plan to take them on credit-card-style international bicycle tours and fully expect that they will be up to the task of light touring.

Zizzo has not disappointed me ever! I love my Liberte and it seemed lacking without fenders and so I purchased a set from the Zizzo site. Now my Liberte is complete and I do not have to worry about dirty drive trains on wet weather. I just wish these fenders came standard.

The fenders are a great addition for all weather bike riding. The installation is pretty easy, and the look integrates well with that of the bike. You may find that it adds a bit of weight to an otherwise extremely light bike, but I think it is worth the trade off, and anyways the weight gain is not substantial.

We took our first long bike ride today. What great bikes, easy shifting, REALLY like having 8 gears. Husband likes his standard seat, I am so happy I got the extra padding seat. We added the racks and the incredible rack bag - awesome design! We bought your rear view mirrors, they are the only thing we don't like, hard to adjust, and they vibrate so bad on paver roadways that you can't see anything and they don't keep their adjustment. The bikes fold and unfold so easy. We are very happy with our two bikes!

Ordered Urbano bikes - red & black - the bikes are great! The plastic fenders are useless - gently securing screws broke plastic. Another screw broke through after first ride, plastic is very very thin. Will have to reorder aluminum fenders for both bikes. Shipping was on time and very well boxed. No instructions or manual enclosed, had to go online to make sure I was assembling and checking first ride adjustments correctly.

These fenders fit the Urbano perfectly. They're not just an aftermarket add-on. They look like they belong and add style as well as utility. Like others have mentioned, I wish the directions were a little larger and the photos more clear. Installation requires removing both wheels, but otherwise is very straightforward. The fenders are sturdy, resilient, and very lightweight. In a rainy climate, these are just the ticket.

The fenders, once installed are sturdy and good looking. The mounting instructions could be improved. First, the instructions list 2 stays and show them as the same size. In reality, the stays are two different sizes. There is no mention which stay goes with which fender. I surmised that the longer one would go on the rear fender. That appears to be correct, but a simple one sentence indicating that the longer stay goes with the rear fender would have been nice. Also, the photos in the instructions are small, dark, and barely useful. Consider much larger and better photos. It would be OK to print the instructions on both the front and back of the instruction sheet. The cost would be minimal and provide for a more clear set of installation instructions.

These fenders are light, and seem to be durable. There are two issues. One is easy to overcome: bad instructions. Google it, you'll be fine. Second: inappropriate hardware. The two shorter smaller screws designed to screw the rear fender to the frame just behind the seatpost and crankset are too short. One didn't reach the threads at all, the second did, but got so little purchase, that it has since fallen out. Now I'll have to remove the wheel again and put in another screw I'll have to buy. Also, the screw designed to hold the rear fender support to the frame on the right side is too long. When securely fastened, it will make contact with the chain when in high gear. These are all issues that would be easy to fix, and make a 4 star product 5 star. Get on it, zizzo!
