What a difference. The stock saddle on the Via is too narrow and hard for my old butt. This is SO much more comfortable. This should be offered installed as an optional upgrade. Love my Zizzo Via.

New seat is very comfortable and is easy to swap. I travel on Amtrak with my Liberte without the Zizzo case, and the derailleur is protected.

Good build, weight and storage functions. Brake adjustment after installing fenders has been disappointing. I have some reasonable mechanical skill (not a bike mechanic) but have not been able to re-adjust the brakes, to my satisfaction, post fender installation. I have followed all youtube videos for adjustment. The rear brakes are marginally adjusted, while the the front brakes are loose as a goose. I have adjusted bicycle brakes in the past without problems. I can't imagine that I stretched the cables with the minimum amount of effort to remove the tires from the frame.

Fits my butt fine. I had a silicone gel seat cover so it fits well over-the seat. Double padding!

The upgraded seat is probably the best purchase for this bike. My bike rides to work have definitely felt much better. Seat is very comfortable, as I bike roughly 6 miles each way. I would recommend that it should come standard on any Zizzo bike. Overall, definitely love this purchase and will continue to enjoy it

The new comfort saddle is very comfortable, and fits easily on the bike. Very well designed.

Riding at least 8 miles per day, the original seat started to cause problems, especially when I rode twice in the same day (16-20 miles). The comfort + seat has made it far more comfortable.

Purchased this as my first saddle was peeling and I constantly struggled with pain after riding. Just tried it out and I'm feeling no pain at all! Easy to install and really an upgrade from the previous saddle.

The seat angles upward into your crotch more than the original seat. Pretty uncomfortable. Will be returning for a refund.

Helps me to absorb the bumps better on a long trip. Very comfortable not much added weight compared to the stock saddle (which was better than I expected), but this softer more shock absorbing saddle is better for me. (age 75, 185 pounds, 6 ft.)

We ordered one of these to replace the seat on my hubby’s new Forte. I planned to use the Forte seat on my new Via, until I took a ride on his bike. Now, we both have comfy seats!! Bonus, this allows me to sit closer to the handlebars which is more comfortable for my shoulders. This seat rocks!

Ordered the comfort seat to go with my original Euromini Urbano. Arrived promptly. Was easy to install. Much more comfortable (for me at least) than the bike's original seat.

I have only ridden a bike once in the past 20+ years. I was nervous getting a bike in the first place but this seat made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I don't even feel like I'm sitting on the bike. It's like sitting on a cloud. Thank you Zizzo!

Whoops, I inadvertently put the saddle review into the saddle bag category. So I'll do the latter here and you guys can make the swap. The saddle bag is well designed and I could not think of any way to increase its capacity without making a kludge or interfering with the ability to fold up the bike. I've installed it but haven't used it yet.

The comfort saddle really changes things. The original saddle that came with the Campo was not too comfortable and hurt my bottom every time I rode. Now that I am using the comfort saddle, I no longer feel any discomfort!

We ordered this comfort seat for one of two identical Campo bikes. The other bike will be used with the standard seat. This one is MUCH more comfortable. I would recommend the purchase of this comfort seat.

I have a Liberte and originally thought the standard seat would be fine. Once I started riding farther it wasn't. I am not all that concerned about the sit bones as I ride a horse 5 days a week. But I realized I DEFINITELY need a cut-out style seat. I ordered the Zizzo comfort seat and a woman specific seat from Amazon. The Zizzo felt WAY better to me. I like that it has some springs since we live on a gravel road. Mainly I like the size. For some reason I overall feel more stable having this bigger seat. This is an individual thing but for me this one works. The reflectors on the back are nice too as I removed the back reflector to put a seat pack on the bike.

The seat is much better than the standard default one that I received with my bike, but it still hurts to ride it, as the cushion doesn't sink in as much as I thought it would. I'm sure I just have to break it in, though (since it IS new), so I'll give it a 4/5 rating, since the price was unbeatable.

The original seat that comes on this bikes hurt your butt and you cannot go for a long time on the road but this new seat is definitely a good upgrade from it.

After purchasing our Zizzo bikes, both my husband and I decided at our age (in our mid-70s) we needed a more comfortable bike seat. Ordered the Zizzo seat and love it! Our first few rides were with the original seat. The new seat was much better. We love both our bikes and the new seats. Thank you Zizzo for making such great products. They really meet the needs of this "old" couple.

The seat was a lot more comfy for longer rides. Since I haven't ridden a bicycle in a few years, I had forgotten how uncomfortable the little seats are. So happy that I upgraded to the bigger seat. Here's an idea, the company should give you a choice of seats instead of just shipping out the smaller one.

Happy with the bike seat as it does provide a better riding experience since the folding bikes don’t have shocks. Will most likely purchase one for my wife’s bike since it does make a difference.

The seat is nice, but I do worry that the cover will wear away. It's not snug enough and friction could be an issue.

As I really like my new bike seat, it felt wasteful having to discard the old bike seat that came with the Zizzo as it was completely useable just not as plush. I ended up giving it to Goodwill. Would be better either a) if Zizzo allowed you to choose which bike seat you wanted upon buying (to prevent waste) b) getting a sizeable credit to ship the old bike seat back to Zizzo for reuse. Food for thought folks!

Put simply, I have no ass! So the stock saddle was a literal pain in the butt. This thing was a great upgrade for boney ol' me, and honestly even cushier than I had even expected.

It looks really comfortable. Only problem is I have the campo, and it doesn’t fit on it without modifying the seat post. Haven’t taken time to figure out if it can be modified to fit or not. Hope it can as I would really like a softer seat.

I had to upgrade the seat that came with the bicycle from the factory because it was too hard. The seat, just like the rest of the bicycle, is very important because the riding experience depends alot on the comfort of the seat. I love the liberte with this new upgraded seat.

I went ahead and bought this upgraded saddle at the time of my bike purchase. I cannot compare this to the stock saddle as it’s still in its packaging tucked away. The comfort saddle is simply amazing! I’ve put about three hours on my bike and the only thing I can complain about is ‘rubber legs’ from years of sedentary lifestyle, NOT saddle soreness! I highly recommend the comfort saddle and couldn’t be more satisfied! It’s like sitting on a cloud!

My wife is 70 and I am 72. Any bike seat can be uncomfortable, but this seat is what we expected and more comfortable than most. I am not disappointed with the seat and its quality.

This is truly a comfortable seat. I liked the one which came with my Urbano, but decided to get this one for longer rides. The springs should help and the padding is deluxe memory foam. Excellent customer service, as Tony explained how the springs work and Mitch even sent me pictures to help install the seat. Thanks!

Definitely an improvement compared to the original saddle.

I am 80 years old and weigh 118 lbs. Not a lot of padding on this butt. Best accessory I could buy. So easy to remove old saddle. Just loosen one nut, slip of the saddle and slide on new comfort saddle and tighten one nut. No adjustment of saddle necessary. Now my bottom does not ache for a while after getting off my bike. Also, really love my Yellow Ferro bike Lou in San Jose

Since the onset of the pandemic, I had to forego my swimming regimen and took up bicycling after many years. I was a used to a road bike and mountain bike, and I was not sure I would like the little folding bike. I must say that I am greatly impressed with the Zizzo Liberte. The Shimano 8 speeds are zippy and it is a comfortable ride, especially since I replaced the seat with a more cushiony one.

it was out of stock, when first ordered, however I decided to wait and it was worth the wait, great seat, very comfy, now I can ride for a longer period of time. Love this bike for so many reasons. You guys rock! Great quality all around.

Got a Liberte this summer and I enjoyed it so much, I spent all my free time on it. I wanted extra support on the saddle and didn’t want to waste time researching other brands. Purchased the Zizzo comfort saddle and couldn’t be happier! It’s been 5 months and it still feels like riding on a cloud. Love it!
