Customer service is top notch! One of my zizzo bikes is at least 10 years old, and needed a new pice of hardware to keep the seat from tipping. Not only did they quickly identify the parts needed, they were inexpensive, and shipped quickly. Also, when I mistakenly opened a different package wondering why it didn't match the photos, the response in troubleshooting the package was quick, professional and didn't make me feel like the idiot I was for opening my son 's package of Honda valve parts and initially assuming someone else had erred. Sheesh. (Read the labels next time you receive 2 similarly shaped packages at the same time!)

Ordered new crank arms for my wife's Zizzo Liberte bike. The right hand pedal had worked loose during a long trip and we did not have tools on hand to tighten it during the ride. As a result, the threads in the crank arm got stripped. Zizzo mailed new crank arms to me, and I was able to easily install them. We are back on the road with our bikes! Thanks for the speedy response.

This was the latch that I mistakenly broke. I had no trouble installing the new one and made sure to lube it to prevent rust and corrosion.

After storing my Zizzo bike trainer for a year, when I went to use it again, I found that one of the cups on the trainer that supports the rear axle in place got lost. After emailing Zizzo I received a reply the next day from Deborah assuring me that Zizzo would send me the part for a nominal $5.00 shipping charge. I received the part within the week and the trainer is up and running. Thanks, Deborah, for the excellent customer service.

I bought this part because I broke the original part. I have no complaints about the part I received; it arrived on time and in good condition and got me back on my bike. And I love the bike. I was disappointed that this part was so easy to break, though, and am very concerned that I will break it again. I would recommend a redesign of the part to strengthen the little protrusion that keeps the whole steering mechanism in place. But I do want to thank Zizzo for being so helpful in getting the replacement part to me; the customer service is terrific!

I bought a Zizzo Via folding bike four years ago, and I love it. In spite of its light weight, it’s very stable, which is important because I’m 80 years old. I recently had a minor spill which cracked my front fender, causing it to rub on the wheel. The Zizzo web site did not show any fenders among the parts that could be ordered. I e-mailed Zizzo support, and they informed me they had a fender they would send me if I would just pay for shipping. I agreed, and I received the fender in a few days. It fit perfectly and is a better design than the original! That’s great customer service for a great bike!

I probably put the handle bar swivel thing on somewhat wrong, but it’s crooked and the handle bar piece doesn’t fit well into it, so it moves and is never perfectly aligned with the wheels .

(I'm assuming the trailer rather than the second hitch is the object of this survey.) I bought this trailer simply to be sure it would match the Zizzo bike. It's easily the best trailer I've owned. The bags are extremely useful for groceries and other errands and are easily removed for other chores. The trailer itself is light and handles very well. I also like the versatility of being able to fold the trailer hitch down and use this as a walking cart.

My handle grips were stolen when someone tried to unsuccessfully steal my whole bike, which I had locked with two Amazer locks. Because of the special fit of the grips I needed to replace them with the original design type and Zizzo sent me new ones right away. Thanks.
