To help ensure your order is delivered securely, shipments going to apartment buildings, condos, townhome communities, and other multi-unit residences will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup based on their policies. Customers may choose to modify delivery preferences directly through the carrier’s delivery portal, including requesting release without signature, delivery holds, alternate delivery locations, or other delivery changes. Please note that any customer-requested delivery modifications made through the carrier may release ZiZZO Bikes from responsibility for mis-deliveries, theft, damage, delays, or other losses occurring after such changes are requested.
