We wanted to keep you updated on the effects of the Coronavirus on ZiZZO Bikes.
Firstly, we are ok. We are taking every precaution to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 both within work and at home. We want all of you to stay safe and follow all recommendations from your local authorities.
ZiZZO Bikes is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and we are in the midst of the COVID-19 breakout in our area.
Though you cannot get the Coronavirus from ordering online, there may be other, indirect effects.
Right now, we are being advised to shelter in place starting Tuesday, 3/17/20 at midnight. Because of restrictions and sheltering in place rules, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your orders by 1 or 2 days.
Our offices will be closed as well, for walk-in customers. Please call or email us prior to coming in to make sure we are open again.
Right now, there are no delays, but this can change at any moment.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we all wait for things to return to normal.
