On top of ZiZZO Bike's already great prices, we now offer a payment plan! 
 
Ask and you shall receive! Per customer’s requests, ZiZZO now offers a payment plan! By using Shop Pay, customers can now pay their total ZiZZO purchase in four (4) easy installments with no interest or fees. Their card will be billed equal installments every two (2) weeks. This is the only billing/installment option.

*Orders must be between $50 and $1,000 USD. If your order is over $1,000.00 you can create two (2) or more orders.
 
HOW IT WORKS: 
 
At Checkout, click on the Express checkout option, “Shop Pay.”

Next: Enter your ZiZZO Account’s email address in the Quick checkout Email address field and click the “Continue with Shop Pay” button. 

 

Next: Enter your cell phone number in the Shop Pay Mobile phone number field and click the “Continue” button.

Next: Enter the code sent to your cell phone in the area provided.

Once you enter the code, you will be directed to the shipping page. Enter your name, shipping address, and mobile number then click the “Continue to Payment” button.

Last step: Confirm your shipping address, payment method, and card information. Click to review, then confirm payment! 
*Make sure you click on the second payment method: "Pay in 4 installments of $..." if you want the payment plan!*

Shop Pay ensures that whenever a customer logs into the ZiZZO.Bike store, they can simply authorize their purchase without having to enter all of their details again. 

For security purposes, the customers will need to receive a text message that includes a verification code.

TOP FAQs:
Q: Is this a layaway program, or does the customer get the product right away?
A: Customer gets product right away.

Q: What happens if the customer defaults on payments?
A: If the customer was to miss a payment it would be handled by the affirm as it would be up to them to collect the payment and not ZiZZO.

Q: Are there any penalties or late fees?
A: No.

Q: What is the payment schedule?
A: 4 payments over 6 weeks. The customer pays 25% at time of purchase, then another 25% after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks.

Q: How can the customer make payments or is it automatically drawn from cc?
A: They are automatically drawn from the credit card.

Q: How do refunds/returns work if the product is not fully paid?
A: Ultimately, ZiZZO will process a refund as usual and will be able to decide on the amount to refund and Affirm would be tracking the outstanding balance and refunds processed.
