If you’ve purchased a ZiZZO and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the bike; no questions asked*. Please note, our normal business hours are M-F 10 am to 5 pm PST.
Please note that the end user is responsible for shipping charges for all returns. (We can provide discount shipping return label upon request.)
* For return request AFTER the 30 day trial period, please note:
-There will be a restocking fee of $50
-Any parts needing to be replaced, additional servicing work and/or other charges may apply.
-Any return request after the 30 day trial period will need to be approved prior to shipping the bike and/or refund being processed.
