ZiZZO Bikes undergo strict quality control and leave our factory in 100% ride-able condition. Occasionally, the bikes may need some adjustments because handling during transit to our customers.
One component that may need adjustment is the alignment of the handle bar. Occasionally the handle bar can get out of alignment during transit to our customers (see Figure 1).
The following instruction will walk you through how to adjust the alignment of your handle bar.
Tools Required:
6mm Allen Wrench/Key
Step 1: Access the Clamp bolt (see Figure 2). You can access the clamp bolt by folding the stem part way.
Step 2: Loosen the Clamp bolt. You may need to lightly tap the top of the bolt to unseat the clamp after loosening the Clamp bolt (not visible from the outside of the bike. It is inside the stem). (see Figure 3)
Step 3: Looking down the handle bar, align the handle bar so that is it perpendicular (90 deg) to the front wheel. (Refer to Figure 1 again for view)
Step 4: Tighten the Clamp bolt again.
That's it! You bike is now ready to ride!
