Helpful Tips:

  • Use an electric fan to help keep cool. When riding indoors, you do not have the benefit of a cooling breeze. The fan would help!
  • Use a mat or towel under your trainer. Using a mat or towel will help pick up any sweat that may end up on your nice clean floor. A mat or towel will also help to keep tire dust from ending up on the floor.
  • Wipe down your bike after. If you do sweat, salt from your sweating can cause rusting on certain parts of your bike. Wiping it up will prevent this.
