The bike came from the factory with a broken folding mechanism. They sent me a new one but I could not get the screw loose to replace it. I use a small screw driver to unlock it to fold the bike.
After less than a year of owning the bike and VERY few miles on it (I use the bike only 4 months out of the year), the gear cassette locking nut came loose. I brought it to a bike shop to fix it. About a year later, the locking nut came loose again. I saw wear on the 3 smaller gears so I bought a new wheel. After replacing the wheel and making some minor adjustments, the bike never sounded so quiet and the gearing is so much smoother.
I'd buy another if I needed it.

The cassette locking ring came loose on my Zizzo Via bike. I'm a novice biker (I've had my Via for a little over 2 years, and I love it!), and I wasn't sure how to fix the problem. Due to the Corona virus pandemic, our local bike shops are swamped. I ordered the rear wheel with the complete sprocket set. The price was reasonable, and it arrived in just a few days - shipping was free! I swapped the old wheel for the new one, and the bike is like new. Once I had the old wheel off the bike, I figured out how to repair it, so now I have a spare. The Zizzo Via is a great bike to ride, and very practical too.
