An inexpensive solution to cushioning road shock--call it the poor man's suspension seat post. There is slight pogo effect that you learn to tune out.
A word of caution during the install: BE VERY SURE to tighten the clamp all the way, or you could inadvertently slide your seat off of the spring and potentially hurt yourself.

A nice option to a suspension seat post. It allows you to not only adjust the suspension but also the position of the seat. Since I've used it, no more sore butt!

This saddle spring is perfect for me! It is actually more comfortable than some much more expensive suspension posts that I have on my other bikes. It is also easy and simple to attach. Just loosen the bolt enough so you can pivot the bracket and set the runners on the tracks. I am glad that I ordered this item, thanks Zizzo!!!
